[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — 149 plan

Reliance started 149 plan for new customers they mention this plan valid for 6 months. from 2nd month customer need to recharge with 152 rupees.
i approached reliance outlet near red tank panama go down for follow up recharge 152 but they refused to do the recharge . they said other networks filed case against reliance so we stopped it. I took sim from same outlet they promised me for 6 months and 2nd month they refused. they break their promises.
after that i approach reliance customer care through phone its not connecting i tried for whole week in various timings but i could not get in touch with them then i realize that reliance communications dont have any executives to help customers. only through website we need to find solution then i chat with Mr. Neeraj reliance customer care executive he said we have offer and we are continuing with that offer but you need to do it from retailer or reliance outlet so again i tried with reliance outlet but same thing they refused to recharge so i done recharge through paytm and i got message from paytm and reliance that successfully recharged. but i dint get any balance and offer not continued.
same thing i share with reliance executive Neeraj he said you need to do it from reliance outlet you done it wrong way.
if its wrong way why they accept payment from paytm?
his answer only we can not processes
then what about my payment
i got message from reliance that recharge successfully what is that success i dint get any befits how come its success ?
why retailers are saying other networks filed case against reliance?
why not doing only offer recharges?
why they accept payment from paytm? they should reject it?
and not refunded money
