Reliance — Abusive behavior of customern care executives of Reliance Kolkata

Time 10.30 am

Incident.

Few minutes ago (30-40 minutes ago) I called the Reliance Communications customer care portal 198, an executive name Lipi Banik picked up the call and behaved rudely when I asked for Bill Waiver. I had asked him for a bill waiver but he did not accept my request. Then i spoke to his/her senior, ram kumar Adhikari. He said they have a no waiver policy. I kept on trying fot the bill waiver but he countered me everytime. Finally, when i said i would complain to the seniors the senior executive ram kumar Adhikari got angry and abused me MADARCH*D before disconnecting the call.
Using abusive language like madarchod loda stuff you can kill for if you hear this from someone...Reliance Appellate is aware of the situation.

There are two executive involved
1. Ram kumar Adhikari Senior Manager
2. Lipi Banik
