[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Accolade systems pvt. ltd. bb a/c #[protected] | |||
This complaint was earlier lodged on 7-dec on [protected]@ada.com but this got returned undelivered. This is regarding bill dated 11-sep-16 for the broad band account no.[protected] registered with accolade systems pvt. ltd., janak puri, new delhi. The bill amount was rs.1380/- with due date as 29-sep-16. an axis bank cheque no. 539365 dated 28-sep-16, for the same amount (rs.1380/-) was handed over to the rep from reliance communication infrastructure limited on 28sep-16 itself. a receipt no. dli/17/ic/ 1208223 was given to us in return as an acknowledgement. However, the cheque did not reach the right department (at your office or collecting agency) within the stipulated time, for not fault of ours. as a result the next bill dated 11-oct-16 was received with bill amount of rs.1480/-, rs.100/- being the other charges. an axis bank cheque 584184 dated 19.10.16 was issued for rs.1480/- and the same was collected by your rep on 20-oct-16 (due date 28-oct-16), vide a receipt no. dli/17/ic/1205276. we requested the rep from collection agency to take up the matter with the concerned agency so that the next bill is less by rs.100/- as a reversal of the extra amount charges in the bill of 11-oct-16. The last bill (should have been dated 11-nov-16) was not received here but we issued a cheque no. 584200, dated 22-nov-16, for an amount of rs.1280/- (after deducting rs.100/- charged extra) and the same was collected by your rep vide a receipt no. dli/17/ic/1184209 dated 22-nov-16. this cheque was realized on 28-nov-16. however, the bill of 11-nov-16 is still awaited. Yesterday we received a phone call from the collecting agency asking for another cheque for the balance amount of rs.100/- or else they will stop collecting cheques from our place. they also said even if there is a delay at their end they are not responsible for the same and that we will have to bear the same. this is not justifiable. you are requested to intervene and resolve the issue with the collecting agency asap. We have paid extra as demanded in the bill. but your organization must ensure that we are not penalized for the fault at your end. as such you must issue a bill for 11-nov-16 for the amount of rs.1280/- so that the amount paid by us is adjusted.
