[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Activation of value added services regularly

Dear sir/madam, i am using a reliance gsm sim card. Sir/madam, i am just frustrated with this telecom service provider. From the end of april, it has been creating a nuisance to me. It activates value added service pack automatically without my permission and deducts money from my account. I am a busy man, i have a small business to run. I don't have time to play with this nonsense works. Every time after getting the message: you have been successfully subscribed to some nonsense vas pack, i have to call the reliance customer care no. 198. Every time they tell vas pack will be deactivated and your balance will be returned, but they do nothing. This vas pack is automatically activated every two-three days apart and rs. 3 or rs. 5 is deducted from my account. This nonsense process has been going on and on from the last one and half month. I recharged my mobile with rs. 52 power card and rs. 55 talktime balance. I would apply for portability option, but my power card validity and balance are not finished. That's why i am still hoping for some good news from my telecom service provider to solve this matter. But last two-three days they don’t give to chance to talk with their customer care executive, after calling on 198 when i choose the option: talk with our customer care executive, my call is automatically disconnected. Now i don’t understand what to do. Please help me on this issue and register my complaint. I hope you understood my problem. I will be thankful to you if this problem is end.

recharged my no. yesterday ny free charge from 80 r. S, at 11:48 a. M
Later at night my 60 money was deducted, as usual there is no response from executives

Refund my money otherwise i wll conplain against you.

I talked by another no. To customer care, they are saying that money has been deducted on 16, even on that day i had 0 r. S in account. I recharged yesterday.
Now its been going 24 hours and i am unabke to contact representatives, then they will say that its veen 24 hours and we camt refumd money
Just sucking customers
Everytime when i got recharged my phone, everytime my money been deducted
