[Resolved] Reliance Communications — After cancelling my broadband connect in July 2015, now they are coming and asking me to pay some outstanding amount | |||
I was using an Reliance Broadband connection the year 2015 till may and paid the charges promptly, but in June or July there was no internet connection and after repeated complaints still it was not fixed, so i disconnected it. After that they asked me to pay the one month bill for which i didn't use at all then i emailed them the compliants numbers and made it clear that they internet was not working for whole month based on that they terminated my connection. Also i checked with the network engineer of reliance what is the issue, they told that one of there switch in DCL box is repaired and we have requested for new switch which will take 10-15 days. But now again they are calling me and telling that you have to make an outstanding payment.
