I got sim two day before yet didn't sarted.
sim is not yet activated
Dear Sir/Madam I already purchase a new Relience sim card for all India free basis.But my sim is not activate yet.I want to know what is the problem to activate my sim card.

    Respected Sir,
    I am Dr.Raghavendra.C.V, from Kolkata.I recently came to Kolkata to pursue my higher education.I wanted a phone connection, with more of STD calls offer.Incidently I came through Reliance Communications at Taratala, Kolkata.They briefed me of a postpaid plan connection, which included a rental of 440 with unlimited STD offer, from GSM Smart Reliance phone to GSM Smart Reliance connection, anywhere in India.As I was new to the place, it took me some time over 7 days(from 17th march 2009 to 24th march 2009), to arrange all the address proof and required documents.I went to Reliance communications at Taratala.Kolkata on 24th march 2009, to get a connection of the said postpaid plan.Prior to this, i told my wife and parents to arrange of a GSM Smart Reliance Sim connection back in Bangalore and Tumkur, where my wife and parents stay and they did the same.
    Incidentally, i just asked the person at reliance communications at Taratala, Kolkata, if there is any alternative prepaid connection, in Reliance, which i can use, with an STD offer, instead of postpaid.The person working over there, told that there is a prepaid connection in prepaid GSM Smart reliance connection with Rs 496 "power" recharge on life time validity card, with unlimited STD calls.I asked for a prepaid connection, then immediately, but he told that he has the sim card, but there is a problem with activation, as he has lost his activation mobile handset.
    Taking his advice, I went to, a near by mobile dealer shop named, "Chatterjee enterprises" at Taratala, Kolkata. The dealers name is Vishnu Chatterjee.I asked for a lifetime validity card in Reliance after submitting my documents and proof.He gave me a GSM smart Reliance connection numbered [protected] on 24th march 2009, stating that if i want a STD offer, I should recharge with 496 Rs, so that i will get a unlimited STD offer calls between Reliance GSM smart connection to Reliance GSM smart connection anywhere in India.This he told, after speking to helpline customer care service in R
    Reliance and so, i recharged a amount of Rs.496.I got meessage, stating that balance is one rupee after activation and the plan has been activated(I still have those messages in my mobile set).
    On 24th march 2009, I spoke to my wife and parents, who had reliance phone connections at Bangalore and Tumkur([protected] and[protected] respectively).To my astonishment, from the balance of Rs 34, which i had, 1 rs/min got deducted, when i called these reliance numbers.Tottally, all my balnce amount was deducted within a day.I immediately, called Vishnu Chatterji, who told, it might take one or two days, for that STD service, to get activated and to wait untill for 2-3 days.
    It continued the same, when i did calls on 25th march 2009 morning.So, I just tried calling customer care and I spoke to them. On enquiry, I found that, with Rs.496 plan on prepaid, its no STD unlimted feree calls all over india, but to only some places in the east zone of india(like Bihar, Assam, Orissa, M.P and Himachal Pradesh).I even found that, with 440 plan postpaid, which i was about to take, had same plan, with no STD unlimited free calls, to all over india but to few places in eastern India.
    So my complaints are:
    1.The Reliance communication people at Taratala, Kolkata, never told, that, it is unlimited STD offer, only to selected places, which didn"t included Bangalore and Tumkur in Karnataka.
    2.Mr.Vishnu Chatterjee, of Chatterjee enterprises at Taratala, also didn"t tell me, o[censored]nlimted STD offer, only to selected places.He told, its free unlimited STD to any place in India.
    3.On enquring on 25thmarch 2009 and asking for help, both of them(Reliance communications, Taratala and Chatterjee enterprises, Taratala) denied of any help and told to enquire in Reliance customer care .
    4.Mr.Vishnu chatterjee, charged me with Rs.99 for a Reliance Sim Card connection(GSM SMART), instead, when I enquired outside in another shop, that its original price is Rs.15..
    So, with all these, I am almost drained and frustrated, roaming almost everyday to these places.I never got what i wanted and I was instead drained out of my money, unneccesarily and am at loss.I also took connections at Bangalore.
    I am in total loss in all means, mentally and financially...if and only if, they had told, that its not an unlimited STD offer all over India, I would have never taken that connection.
    I would kindly request you, to kindly provide me justice, in this matter and provide me with a compensation.Eagerly, waiting for your reply.

    Reliance — didn't get activated reliance to reliance STD unlimited offer

    Sir,
    I got my connection(ph no:[protected]) on 18th Jan 2009 and i put reliance to reliance unlimited STD call offer for Rs 799 on the same day.They deactivate my SIM due to insufficient ID proof. i resubmitted the proof and got the connection again. But still i am not able to make any free call to any reliance number. A message" you are not authorized to make this call" is given when i make a call. i have contact costumer care more than 20 times. i have lodge 2 complaint. my complain no are 87641685 and 87522456. But all my effort are useless.
    I will be very thankfull i[censored] look into the matter as soon as possible.

    Sir i had said them to activate my net facility in my mobile.the said me to do wap and mms i done that. they said after 48 hour you will be activated you will get the settings. but i didnt get any thing i had done many times. 1st i said on 26 and 0n 27 too but i didnt get anything.plz solve this problem.
    Reliance dealers are not at all trust worthy. Company make any one a dealer. They are even not able to handle the documents properly.

    My Mobile Unlimited(on Net) 440 — Delay in activation

    Dear sir,
    I am a connection holder of Reliance Mobile, My phone No. is [protected].Due to failour of previous hand set ,I purchased a new SIM in the noon of 31 Dec. 2009 from your counter but due to your system error, as madam Sakshi told me. However madam Sakshi assured me that she will prepare the case and will sand to the destination up to the evening of 1st. Jan 2010,after 24 hour to sand the mail the SIM will activated. Ihave tried to contact *228 at least 65-70 times in these five days but my SIM could not activated till 5th. Jan 2010 01:00PM.
    Now I request you to discontinue the mobile no. [protected] immediately . Please refund me security amount & cost of the above said SIM Rs. 100=00. Please recomond & forward my request to M/s. R.I.S., Samad Road, Aligarh, so that connection could be surrendered immediately. I will not be responsible for further bill after 05-01-10.

      Dear Sir,

      I opted for the reliance Wimax connection from Reliance in Chennai, I was informed by them that if I paid three months advance rental at the time of installtion. They would not charge me the installation charges. I paid a total amount of Rs. 3367/- on Nov 13 2008. I made it really at the time that after the three months the bill would be generated on a monthly basis. This was confirmed by Nithya from Reliance. During the first week of Feb I received a call from the Reliance customer center saying that my bill had been generated on 23 Jan 2008 and I was to pay Rs. 3367/- advance payment for the next three months. When I tried to explain to them that this was not what was communicated to me initially, I was told that I was in the Quaterly rate plan and they would not be able to change the rate plan now as the bill was generated.. I f i wanted to change then I would need to contact the Reliance headoffice at, which I did. After running from pillar to post for almost three weeks, The Chennai Reliance center had the rate plan changed to Rs. 750/- per month, and was confirmed that the payment was to be done on monthly basis by Abdul the agent who I spoke to. On March 17th 2009 when I tried to connect I had issue and called the Customer care and was told by Abdul (just my luck to get the same person online) that my conncetion was barred. when I raised a concern that I had not received my bill and had not received any calls advising me that teh connection would be barred they had only one thing to say "the bill was sent you" when i asked for teh POD number or a confirmation number. they were not able to provide any details, Being totally frustrated on the call I asked to speak to the Superviors hoping that things would get better, But the superviosr Barani (female) was very very arrogant and said that it was my responsiblity to call and check with them if I had not received my bill.. Today (23rd March2009) I called them again to see if they could sent me a duplicate bill so that I could have that paid and the broadband disconnected, I was told their system was down and that i should call back this has happened almost everytime I call them.. I request your help sir to solve this issue, since I find that as a customer this company has no regard, Also the language used and level of arrogance at teh Reliance Chennai Customer Care is really questionable. I request to all who may be think of trying to opt of Reliance. Please stay clear of them.

        Product: Reliance NetConnect Data Card (USB Type)

        Model Name: EC121.

        Paid Money : Rs.2, 820/- for getting this connection.

        I bought this card on January 5th 2009.


        From the day one (January 5th 2009), I am facing lot of connection problem. I complained so many times in Customer Care. But no use. Till now, my problems are not solved.

        Problems:

        In Customer Care, they asked me to download Reliance NetBooster software. I downloaded and installed the NetBooster software.When we ON the NetBooster, Images become blur . When we OFF NetBooster, Images looks good .


        Whenever RelainceNetBooster is ON, it take most of the speed, it not allowing the website to load immediately. Without RelianceNetBooster, websites loading quickly.


        I have frequent disconnection problem. Sometimes, connection will be there, but, I am unable to browse. Sometimes, some strength automatically fluctuating like some times signal will be nil (no tower), sometimes, 3 strength & 5 strength (full). Some times sending bytes will be more & Receiving will be very less.In my area, there is two Reliance tower. So signal should not get drop. All the time, I should get the full signal.

        Till now, I am facing the same problems, which I intimated earlier. Sometimes, Connection Status shows "0 bps".

        Sometimes, Connection Status shows "153.6 kbps"( Connection Speed), not the download speed, but receiving shows 291 bytes.


        I feel very much unhappy about this connection. Daily calling customer care and complaining the service problem is irritating a lot. I feel that, I did a mistake by going for Reliance Connection.

        Voice clarity is not clear. Voice is completely breaking, while doing Voice chat in Google Talk, Yahoo Messenger, Skype etc... In My work, voice chatting is an important thing. I complained about voice clarity in Customer Care. But, in Customer Care, they responded a great information, that I have to complaint in the service provider like Google, Yahoo Messenger, Skype etc.

        As we all know that, this is Reliance Service problem, not the service providers problem (Google, Yahoo, Skype ). Voice clarity is completely depend on Internet. But still Reliance won't accept their service problem.


        Sales Guy's False Informations:

        While enquiring about the Reliance Connection, the sales Guy gave lot of commitments about the connection and Speed. Whatever, he said earlier, now completely false information. He said, in new USB modem (EC121), I will get good performance, Voice clarity will be good and unlimited plan. So many times, I aksed him about the unlimited connection also, he said this Plan name is " Unlimited 5GB, but actually it's unlimited.He said that, Reliance giving offer for Pongal Festival Platinum Plan (Rs.1500) into Rs.1099 plan. Now, he saying that, limit is upto 5GB. Initially he said, unlimited, after purchasing he saying, it is limited upto 5GB. This alos now false information.

        The sales guy completely gave all false statements. In the Application form, he mentioned plan name differently, but in my Acknowledgement slip, he mentioned different plan name.

        If the sales guy said the fact about the connection, I will decide, whether I have to go for this connection or not. But, he played in the selling point of view. If he want to achieve his Sales Target, whether Customers are Loser?

        Due to this connection problem, I am facing lot of problem in my work.

        Reliance Data Card — regarding the clarity of the pictures

        This regareding the clarity of pictures in the websites like orkut,hi5 and facebook.other net coonection dont have a problem like this.i think its because of the net connection.please tell me what should i do regarding this.i am using an ibm laptop.its not because of the laptop because other pictures that are saved in the laptop is clear so i think its the net connection problem.so kindly tell me what should i do regarding this.

        I brought one data card and it was operational for 2 days.when i was trying to connect it today it was not connecting. when i tried to contact customer service centre, nobody was lifting the call and i lost around 40 rupees for waiting the call. I think reliance communication is waste and people should not go for it.They dont have proper customer care centre.

        I purchased a reliance data card 3.1Mbps. Forget about getting this speed i am not even able to stay connected for more than 5 min... highly unreliable service.
        Thanks a lot for this inforation regarding the netconnect. i was about to buy this tomorrow.cos the data card which im using is the old one EC325.what ever commented above is so true...n the best thing is they dont agree their service whethr its datacrd or the phone bills errors...i use cdma phone connection .wher in im charged for the misscalls being made to US.i hav gone to the web world n confirmed n tht has been refuded for tht month .for last one year it came into my notice .n i have made nth number of complaints.at last this month i deactivated my ISD calls facility. n my bill has slashed drastically...
        i feel reliance people r making themselves wealthy by earning like this.very bad...
        hey are these complains being read or sent to the head of the department...i doubt...i AM UR PREMIUM COSTUMER..chk it.prove me by refunding my miscall charges which u guys hav taken for no reason...i have register my self with you...Prove it Mr. AMBANI..

          Dear Sir /Madam

          Greetings of the day

          I have a Reliance landline telephone[protected] on which Reliance had wrongly added a caller tune. The tune was added on 27th Feb 2009 at 1525 hrs as per the reliance records, I had lodgged a complaint for the same on 28th Feb 2009 at 2036 hrs (Ref No: [protected]). I spoke to a supervisor named Fozia in the Mumbai contact centre and she assured me that no charges will be added on the account, After that I had to call them numerous times to deactivate the Caller tune.
          Today when I received my bill I have found that they have added wrong charges for the tune and on my complaining to them today they said they cannot do anything as it is there system status and they say I have activated the caller tune.

          They dont have any name for who activated the tune, the manager Named Jay Upadia was not very helpful either. In such an instance the customer has no power whatever the telecom company charges we have to bear that.

          Greetings of the day.

          I am a subscriber of your esteemed network company bearing Relationship no:[protected] and Sim reg no: [protected] with Plan name: 6AS26 TE 450. In my current month bill I have recognised that an amount of Rs 30 is added with the rentel as caller tune charge. Enquiring the same with the customer care they informed that subscription for the caller tune is been requested from my connection some months before and charges for the same may be voide without facilating any music/song as caller tune if it is activated in the syestem.When I asked to lodge a complain in this regard, they had given me one Request No:[protected] and sent message to me that I have succesfully unsubscribed from the caller tune services and my request would be addressed in 3 days

          Now my qustion is, without getting the service what is there to be get subscribed or unsubscribed and on what bassis something could be charged without facilation. Therefore hope, my case would be justified and your company will be kind enough to do the needful satisfying me.

By ODR my no is act. on 23 july 06 why terminated i dont know. i went to your web word in aligarh but they were unable to process any thingh. c. care & distributor & web word say that our computer has no recod about your mdn and we can do nothing.
            plz do some thing about this matter.

              Hello,
              I had taken an internet as well as a landline connection from reliance broadnet services and had placed a service termination request on 27th January 2009 (Request no.[protected] as i have left the place. I was told by the customer executive that the service would be terminated within 15 days and a person would come to collect the handset and the modem. Subsequently i have called up so many times neither did anybody turn up nor did anyone called from reliance to confirm the termination. I was under the impression that the connection has been terminated but again in the month of March i got a call that my earlier request has not been cancelled for reasons which even they don't know and whether i would again want to terminate my connection or not and also that my bill was still being generated. This was really shocking.
              Please note that i am a student and this a very unfair practice. You are requested to kindly look into this matter as it is becoming quite difficult and frustrating for me to pay their bills even when i have stopped using their services. Moreover im not even living in that place for around 2 months now.

              Reliance Broadnet — Reliance is not deactivating my Internet connect.

              Hello,

              Here is another example of the pathetic service Reliance Broadband provides.

              My name is Richard Dutt & I made the biggest mistake of my life to subscribe for your internet services in the month of Jan 08. Since, I got the connection it never worked. I phoned the customer care number several times and was assured that it would be sorted soon but it never done. The Phone[protected] and the connection never worked. I finally got very upset and decided to discontinue my services and phoned the Reliance Customer Care on 22 February 08.

              22 Feb 08.I was told that it would take 15 days to disconnect the connection and I was given a cancellation number: 64278916. I phoned again on the 25th Feb and was told that it would be disconnected soon.

              When I finally phoned on the 3rd march I was told that I have agreed to continue with the services & that the cancellation ID 64278916 this had been closed. I was informed that I have agreed to stay with your services when one of your Rep called me. Please note that I HAVE NEVER AGREED TO CONTINUE WITH THE SERVICES. THE INFORMATION UPDATED ON CANCELLATION NUMBER 64278916 is incorrect and false.

              Reliance Broadnet — Poor Connectivity & Extremely Poor Customer Care

              I am (unfortunately) a Reliance Broadnet customer in BTM LAyout (2nd Stage) Banaglore. I had taken this connection in July and since then I am feeling victimised.

              1. The connection goes off every now and then. It remains down for days in a row.
              2. Customer Care number 3033 7777 is chargeable to my Vodafone @ 1Re/minute. So total expense on Reliance for me is Rs 1125 for Internet + Rs 300 on Phone charges to customer care.
              3. The quality of responses from teh customer care is extremely substandard. They do not listen properly and often put teh call on "MUTE" even when NO impolite language or tone was used.
              4. No provision to measure the connectivity through out a month. There should be a mechanism by which the consumer should know "For how many days/hours the connection was available and at what speed?" The billing should be based on this after discounting for some reasonable maintenance downtime.

              For Reliance Broadnet managers: I am seriously considering switching the service provider and will seriously advocate AGAINST RELIANCE BROADNET untill the problem is fixed soon.

              Reliance Broadnet — Termination of services, with no prior information or request from the customer

              I had a request for my plan upgradation (presently running on Rs.399 rental) to Rs.799 on Saturday at around 8 Am in the morning of 22nd Nov 2008, and was promised for a maximum time limit of 48hours for the plan to be migrated, which was supposed to be done by 8 AM on MOnday 24th of Nov 2008, but it was not done even late in the evening of 26th Nov 2008. When i called themon the noght of 26th Nov 2008, to suprise they were mentioning that a request was logged for the entire termination of the connection, and on the same call by esclation i talked to a Team Lead (Jhonson) and he personally promised me that, there was no request from my end, but even to there surprise a mattie was fired for the termination of my services, so he promised for a personal guarantee that the termination request would be not followed for execution. But to the entire contradiction the connection was terminatied todays morning (27th Nov 2008) and the Customer people were not able to refer regarding the same.

              Reliance Broadnet — Not deactivating connection

              I have been holding a reliance broadnet connection for the past two years. I now wish to terminate this connection. I have spoken to the customer care executive and also emailed them, however, the reply saying that the termination is in progress and that I will be charged until the connection is terminated. They do not specify any time period within which the connection will be terminated.

              Is there any way to stop the harrassment of post paid consumers by these private operators?

I have been recieving a lot o[censored]nwanted calls & SMS from Reliance communication itself for promoting their own products & services destpite of restraining them so many times. They had asked me to register for "Do not call" facility & i have done so & they had also send me an SMS regarding this by giving me my complaint no. But they are telling me that they can't stop these calls for next 45 days as it will take atleast 45 days to get registerred. Moreover i am not getting the calls & SMS from some outside channel But i have been recieving these from Reliance itself. They are not ready to stop this thing before 45 days & i want to stop this on immediate basis as it is really disturbing my official & personal life & leading to a harrassing situation.

                      hi raj gopal sarda broadband and landline connection customer of reliance i was operating this service for 3 to 4 months after that i given information to reliance customercare on5.11.08 to dissconnect this both service as soon as posible & on 17.11.08 the service is disconnected and amount due to me was 1036.43 as on date 11-nov-08 i was late to pay payment on12.02.09 i got one demand notice from [l.v vijay shankar & associate] in that thay are saying me that your out standing bill amount is 4244/- as on date 01.02.09 i was shock by seeing this notice on that day it self i call to reliance customer care and informed for this notice they have taken complain for collecting instruments on12.02.09 complain no for telephone instrument is88884027 given by mr.umashanker & for moderm 88882176 by mr.altaf them i was waiting for person and told to reliance customer that clear that all extra charges and give me one letter that your outstanding bill is only 1036.43 and take your amount on same time but after one month again i got one demand notice to pay out standing amount is 2559/- and again i given complain to customer care and informe about this notice on 17.03.09 to mr. tushar no :[protected] .

                      so please say me what to do because in notice thay are telling that after receiving date of notice you should clear in 3 days other wise this will be taken as civil & criminal proceeding plz replay me.

Even these people are harrasing me .

Now from the last month I am recieving atleast 5-6 sms from them. If I re-apply today it will take another 45 days for it to be effective. I would like to know, what is the better option for me.                             I have purchased a reliance data card on 07/10/2008 Receipt No. [protected] Card No. [protected] on the payment of Rs. 2820/- with the scheme of one month unlimited usage and all document required for this connection submitted from Reliance Web World M.G. Road OPP- Aurora Towers, Sterling Centre, M.G. Road Pune Maharashtra. In the same month I went to Gujarat from their I tried to use my net connect but couldn’t do so I visited to web world for the problem, their I came to know that owner of this card is someone else and that person has given request to terminate. I went to M.G. road web world a person Vikas was there and he gave me other new data card with two month unlimited usage. After that month I had been asked to pay Rs. 1500/- and this data card is pre owned, and vikas told me that they are not at all responsible for this and I have to pay anyhow. Due to all this my other reliance phone connection has been blocked I am unable to make a call.

                            I have already complained about this many times. I want to know is this is a biggest cell phone service provider company, is this way you people behave with the customer? I feel very cheated who is going to take responsibility.

                              this is one more regarding the pathetic, irresposible and hopeless customer service from all the Reliace Web Worlds and the contact center people. recently i recharged a Rs.49 sms pack from the Reliance web world at Hirananadani Gardens, Powai. i was asked to pay the amount of recharge for the sms pack. but the sms pack was not recharged for next 5 to 10 min. the person who recarged this pack said that due some netwrok issue it will take some time. however, ever after 36 hrs this pack was not recharged. therefore, i called the customer service and discussed the situation . the agent told me to contact the same web wrold to get the issue resolved. i asked for any contact no. of this web world since i'm from a different city and it is not possible to spend another 100 bucks to travel and sort this issue. surpirisingly he denied from giving any contact number of this web wrold saying that they do not have any contct numbers of their web world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is really very strange.................. not only this, if you contact any of the reliance web wrold in the country or the customer service, the people working there are least bothered to provide any help to the customer. this is veryyyyyyyyyy pathetic and irresposible service than a government office.

                              Reliance mobile Services — Caller tune

                              on 11th january my caller tune was changed without my permission as i came to know when one of my colleaugue called me Mr.Viral Patel. This is to keep you informed that i dont like caller tune and i have never opted for it .This is very irritating as Reliance is using my phone for advertising their Power IPO. My point is that it is my phone and no one has the right to use it without my permission.When i contacted the service provider they advised me to send a SMS, which i did but to no advantage. When i again contacted the customer care, they said we are sorry ,we cant do anything before 48 hrs. The harrassement continues. The company should be taken to task and they should be asked to pay compensation to me for disturbance and harrassement to me.It actually amounts to intruding into the privacy of a person.It should me brought to Mr.Anilbhai Ambani.

                              I am registered on DNC Registry and it has been activated. I am still getting telemarketing calls and SMS's from various numbers. I have tried lodging a complaint in the Reliance customer care services via phone calls but each time I get to hear that "It will be taken care of", "The server is down" etc. but nothing has been happening. I have been getting disturbed by the same numbers repeatedly. The last two calls that I had made to *333 were on 17.6.08 at 3.48 P.M. and 19.6.08 at 3.08 P.M.
                              Please look into this matter and respond to me at the earliest. I do not want to receive any promotional or telemarketing calls or messages.

                              Reliance Communication/CDMA Connection — Poor service and lack of care for customer

                              I have taken a conection from Reliance(CDMA) on 29 Jul 2008 in Ludhiana and the phone was working till 12 Aug 2008. But suddenly outgoing calls deactivated from my mobile from 2300 Hrs on 12 Aug 08 showing the reason of non receipt of document. Customer Care remain clueless about this and they don't know any way to help me out. On query from my dealer they informed me that the problem has arised from non verification of my address which is usually done from Head Quarter(Chandigarh) telephonically which I could not receive for my hectic nature of job. I request the attention of proper authority for resume of my services which I am paying for. Else I have to approach to Consumer Court or Legal Cell to get my dues.

                              I Manoj Shinde using reliance prepaid service since August 2006 have a complaint about the reliance prepaid balance getting deducted without any calls made.
                              Since May 2008 i am facing problems with reliance prepaid service where my balence is getting deducted everyday some times without doing phone calls.I have only activated my caller tunes apart from this none other service i have activated, but still daily some of my balance is being deducted some times more than 100/- Rs. for what reason i don't know.
                              As none of the customer service executives from nasik web worlds are helping me out & there customer service no. *333 is of no use. Everyday there is some problem with their office network as when ever i call them i have a answer " Sir aaj network down hai bad mein call karo " this is the typical answer i get from ur customer service executives...

                              I have applied for Reliance post paid cell connection in Gurgaon. However, they have not yet turned up for verification and issue of phone. Every time they keep telling that they will come for a verification and dont turn up.

                              What can be done in this regard?

I lodged a request on 18/09/08 at *333 for DO NOT DISTURB' and was advised by them that it will take 45 days! Still, I suffered for the period - at the end of the priod, I was called by their centre in Mumbai, asking that I fill in a fresh adress proof form as the one they had taken from me at the time of the prepaid connection ahd been destroyed by water! On dialing any number I am getting a message 'TO RESUME SERVICES PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE'.

                              I have called reliance customer care number of times & each time I got a response that the number is in active status. I went to Reliance Showroom number of times... Sec 14 Gurgaon, showed the mobile to them ... but no proper response... (NEED NOT TO SAY I HAVE TO SCRAFICE ON MY JOB FOR PERSONALLY VISITING RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE .). Every time I got a response that it may be a technical issue & will be solved.

                              SO MORAL OF THE TEXT IS 5 DAYS HAVE BEEN PASSED AFTER MAKING MORE THAN THE AMOUNT DUE ON ME ... I AM NOT ABLE TO CALL FROM MY NUMBER ... & I DONT THINK ANYBODY IN THE WORLD IS TAKING CARE OF THIS...

                              I am a cellone subscriber since last 4 years i have just taken a jeewan sathi connection on my no [protected] and now my troubles started some times outgoing is barred and interestingly now incoming is barred the call center says bills are pending though all bills are paid and why would you bar incoming calls for the payment reason outgoing should be barred it is absurd and stupid i hope they realize the problem and solve.

                              I am very discontent on trading services provided and managed by indiabulls.

                              I have a trading account in indiabulls - mumbai colaba branch, first time I adivised Manager to assist me for trading tips to buy small shares.

                              As he has directly suggested me to sold everything from account and buy future options. In that I lost everything...tell me how to recover it

                              If you can not grow money by giving tips.. then you should not play and loose investors money.

                              i recharged my number with tarrif voucher Rs 120 but after sometime it was again recharged by tarrif voucher Rs 49 by someone else on 27/07/09 and i complained to customer care several times but i got no response for my complaint and they said it was by mistake.

                              Reliance Communication Ltd - GSM Service — Debiting Charges from Prepaid Account

                              The company has deducted Rs. 20/- and Rs.15/- for their services 250 Local messages and missed call alert without any request of the customer.
                              The Company said the above services is activated at the request of the customer but there is no such request from customer. Also the company is not ready to know the time by which their executor call the customer and ask for such service

                              As I considered Reliance a good brand name and expected good service, I opted to go for new reliance CDMA connection. But within a week I realized that even brands can have pathetic customer service and Reliance communication is the perfect example for that. I bought a reliance CDMA connection on 9th Nov 2009. I submitted all the documents required at the same time. After two days i received a message saying that my address proof has not been submitted yet. I contacted reliance web world from where I bought the connection, the executive there assured me that address would reach the office by next day and my services would continue. After two days my outgoing was barred. I again went to the web world they asked me again for the address proof. I submitted all the required proofs again. After 3 day I again received and a message saying that if i don't submit the proofs now my incoming will b barred. I again contacted web world and they said it would reach by tomorrow. But next day i.e. on 18th Nov 2009 my incoming calls were barred. I again went to web world they again asked me for address proof for third time and said it would take 48 hrs to resume services. Instead of helping me out the executive and manager of web world advised me to throw this connection and take a new connection. Its 25th Nov 2009 today and my services have not been started yet. This was really sick and pathetic to see such a response from a brand name like reliance. I made the biggest mistake of my life by taking reliance connection.

                              I am really upset due to bad service of Reliance. Using. But the last couple of month is really very horrible for me since our family was using it since last 7-8 years..

                              [protected] MOBILE RADIO 22.39.13 (this was activated on 1st nov,2009. when Rs 30/- were deducted, but confirmation of subscription was recieved by me on 30th Oct, 2009. so how it is possible to notify a customer before subscription is activated.

                              today, i.e. 04 dec. 2009, i had conversation with 3 customer support executive and all of them states different excuses.

                              1st said it was subscribed by me on 1st nov. 2009 at 1.39.13 am (Midnight) by recieving and following-up call, the 2nd said it was subscribed by sms on 1st nov. 2009 at 1.39.13 pm (afternoon) but when asked for details he disconnected the call. the third person said it was subscribed by me on 1st nov. 2009 and money was deducted on 1st nov.2009 at 1.39.13 pm (afternoon).

                              Please let me know what procedure is to be followed to for the following:
                              1) claim of a refund of my money.
                              2) escalating the complaint to higher level(if it is not resolved)
                              3) proof of subscribing the above said service (Mobile Radio especially)

While chckeing with Customer care centre in Bangalore Mr. Ajay and some one whenever we are calling system is not working you after 10 minits. They are not connecting to their superior also.

                              Kindly provide the solution at earliest, otherwise we need to go for consumer forum seeking our rights.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am a user of reliance mobile communication service with prepaid connection mobile number [protected]. Nearly every month I get the message " Your subscription renewal for Khel khel me service for Rs. 30 is due on[protected]. to unsubscribe SMS Unsub 1154 to 155223 (Toll Free)" from the no. 56785. I have never subscribed these services nor any else have ever used my mobile to use these services.When I send message to unsubscribe these services.Reply comes "this package does not exist please send request again with correct key words" .When I repeat the answer is same.I had called to the customer care of reliance mobile and filed the complaint nearly one month back they assured me these messages will stop. Now again they have started coming again. I do not what to do further to stop these. services completely. Please help.

                              Idea Cellular — Activation of Plans without customer permission

                              have been a prepaid customer of IDEA for the around 2 years.Recently,some Executive from Idea called me up and explained a plan about GPRS internet service costing Rs.20/day.I listened to him but as I had no interest in the service at that point of time, I told him that I will think about it.

                              After a day, 20 Rs. were deducted from my account and subsequently the next day again the same thing happened.I called up the customer care service to know what the hell was going on.The customer care exec. told me that a internet plan named NET20 has been activated on your account.

                              The Executive who called me that day must have activated the plan on my mobile without my permission.He might have been trying to achieve his targets without the customer being willing to close the deal.

                              As a loyal customer of IDEA cellular I want to know what kind of customer redressal mechanism do IDEA have and is IDEA trying to diminish its brand image that it has created over a period of time by going for unethical practices.

                              I have taken a Reliance prepaid mobile connection in Bangalore ([protected]) more than fifteen days ago. It worked for first couple of days. I put more money in it and then the number was blocked all on a sudden, despite giving relevant identification documents (I am a Group B gazetted officer of the Government of India). I am originally from West Bengal and therefore my address in Bangalore is temporary (at least not permanent), which I duly explained in a letter. My passport, voter id card, ration card all were issued in West Bengal. I have been told that my letter and documents have been accepted, but my number remains blocked as it was. Even my reach to customer care service has been blocked although each time I want to make a call I am advised by a recorded voice to contact the Reliance Customer Care (without citing any number though, which I had to find elsewhere). If I want to contact the relevant Reliance Distributor in the area (named Sanjay at [protected]) he never picks up the phone. My question is what kind of INTELLIGENT people are running our government and our corporates, that terrorists go ahead with doing what ever they want to do as easily as ever and people like me are treated like terrorists without ever committing a crime?

                              Prepaid Mobile Service (CDMA) — Irresponsible actions by customer care centre staffs

                              Respected sir,
                              With great concern I am projecting these problems which disturbed me and continuing still as I am typing this matter.

                              - I am a RIM CDMA user staying at place known as Chakibank in Pathankot, Gurdaspur Dist of Punjab State.
                              -- My mob no. is [protected] using since September 2006.
                              - On 23 Feb 2010 onwards I started receiving continuous SMS from 59999, which welcome me to Himachal Pradesh and back to Pathankot after very few seconds.
                              - This has disturbed me the whole night, where I was not in a position to either switch off or to put in silence mode due to the nature of my duties.
                              - Next day through customer care centre I tried to raise my complaint.
                              - On 24 Feb (call attended by Ms.Asha) and on 25 Feb (call attended by Mr.S Singh). both replied me that the problem will be solved, but denied any complaint number/reference number saying that it is only a feed back.
                              - On 26 Feb one Mr. Jeet given me complaint No.[protected].
                              -But the disturbance continued and on 02 March morning hours (call attended by Ms.Asha) advised me to contact [protected](Ms.Gurvinder Jeet Kaur). I tried for quiet some time but could net get through. In the evening hourse aproximately 1650 hours I again tried the customer Care. One Ms Shahana attended and I requested her to connect me to some higher supervisory staff. She denied it and when I insisted she put me on Call waiting and finally the Call got disconnected.
                              again I tried because of the conyinuous disturbance of SMS, and one Mr.Amrit attended and done the same as earlier. Third time one Mr,Pankaj attended my call professionally. From him to my sirprise I came to know that the last reference No.[protected] does not explain my actual complaint, but just written to activate DND service.
                              - Mr Pankaj given me another complaint No[protected].
                              - On 02 March night I left for Delhi for some official job, expecting that my problem will be resolved by the time I travell back to Pathankot, which did not happened.
                              - On 09 March I contacted [protected], , but she did not gave a satisfactory response, and also replied that my Date Of Birth is not maching and advised me tho forward the SMSs which is being received by me. I have forwarded the same.
                              - On 07 Mar night approx 2235 hours, one Mr.Vivek attended me, again given me a shock that does not explain my actual complaint, but just written to activate DND service. I explained all the problems experienced by me till now and elaborately again explained about the SMS of roaming from 59999. He given me complaint number[protected].
                              -On 11 March again when I was at Halwara(Punjab), when my aircraft was waiting for take off , I received a call from a number[protected]. I requested to give a call later.
                              - Disturbane continued mercilessly and on 15 March I called and one Ms.Sarith attended and told me that it must be due to the location near HimachalPradesh. She assured me rectification within 48 hours. Since beginning I was explaining about this to every one. The tower named NURPUR and PATHANKOT and their transmisssion charecteristics may be the factor.
                              - Today (17 March) after 48 hours I contacted again because since morning to noon time I received arround 114 SMS. One Ms.Reetha attended and advised me to contact Ms.Gurvinder Jeet Kaur([protected]) . At arround 1510 hours, I contacted her and she has asked for anothe 48 hours.

                              - I have a great respect for the Great RELIANCE.
                              - I am enjoing your service since last three to four years as I am a person
                              travelling frequently to different parts of our country.
                              - But to my great surprise I am experiencing an highly irresponsible behaviour
                              from your staff at various levels.
                              - Kindly think about these helpless customers who can not switch off or
                              discard their mobile connection because of the nature of their job.
                              - Just imagine the disturbance at the home and at office.
                              - Kindly consider this humble request by feeling that you are at my place.

                              HI, Im Deepak working as a GM for hotel Best Western Chandigarh, on feb.14th i purchased two reliance numbers for my personal use, for both the numbers i did the recharge for rs 400/- & till today im still waiting or the balance & rite now my both the numbers have been deactivated & there offices in panchkula tells that sir this is customer care fault & cutomer care people tells we cannot help u out, i never expected such a thing frm such a big name.Its almost 1.5 months im continously facing problems with the network & the service.Well wat ever im writing this is not for reliance but this is for all people who are planing to buy reliance in the future.My suugestion is to buy vodaphone or airtel instead.

                                I DO NOT KNOW WAT TO DO NEXT. I DEMAND STERN ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY & THE REGESTRAS KARVYCOMPUTER SHARE PVT LTD. I ALSO DEMAND COMPENSATION FOR THE LOSSES INCURRED TO NON RECEIPT OF SHARES.

                                The Karvy, registrar to issue has sent a refund order (MICR No.992782; Warr/ECS Cov.No: 5015454)through registor post and that was submitted by me at Corporation Bank, Najafgarh but the bank returned it unpaid on 20.2.08 as it bears my old HDFC A/c no., which is not in operation now.
                                Now, I have updated my demat A/c by giving detail of my present saving A/c no.344 in Corporation Bank at Najafgarh and has request to the Karvy through emails for sending a fresh cheque/refund order bearing my name and my present saving a/c no.344 in Corporation Bank at Najafgarh and cancelling the earlier one but in vain as they have not replied since.

                                I have not received the corrected refuned order as yet despite sending repeated mails to Kary.>
                                Please help me in expedite my refund.

I was told by Registrar of the company Karvy that no share was alloted to me and the refund will be made to you soon.
                                But till this date I do not get any refund. I had launched a written complaint with The Registrar, Karvy Computers on 03.03.2008. Unfortunately no action has been taken so far.
                                I submitted a complaint on SEBI website also on the prescribed format but here too, no action taken so far.

                                I do not get any REFUND ! IS consumer court going to do something or many people like me have to suffer like this ?????

                                  I had a reliance postpaid no which i cancelled some 2 months back since i was getting unneccesarily high bills and was being charged for some arbitrary services that i dint even use.
                                  After that i went to the web world, submitted a cancellation form and completed the formalities after paying all the dues.
                                  I was told my connection is cancelled.
                                  Todays suddenly after 2 months, i get a postpaid bill for the previous two months.
                                  When i call up the customer care, they tell me there is no request for cancellation of the connection in their system.
                                  What non sense is this.Why should i even pay for a service i am not using at all.
                                  I am definitely not going to pay and will also dissuade people from using reliance phones.
                                  This is too much.They can charge you for anything, even for services that i don't use.
                                  This is ridiculous.How can you even think of sendign a bill for a cancelled connection, and that too, the customer care says, there are no requests for cancellation of connection in the system.
                                  Horrible services.Horrible customer care .I would suggest..pleaes take care i[censored] are using relaince phones, check your bills thoroughly.

                                  Hi,
                                  I have disconnected my postpaid connection by calling customer care and also personally visting at reliance communication office.Verification call also attended and confirmed but dont know every month the bill is generating ...I complained this to solapur reliance communication but they told me that for inital 2 months bill will generate, no need to pay.

                                  But when i have takan new GSM postpaid connection, the old amount oustandig ( as above) Rs 350 deducted from my deposite and barred the connection before it gets active.

                                  I had to pay 350 Rs to save my deposite amount.

                                  This is really unjustice and untrasparent serivece from reliance.
                                  I have actually taken a postpaid sim of reliance in the month of May, i have used it for a month and cleared the bill and asked the person to cancel the service from now on.

                                  Now in the month of october a guy turns up at home and asking me to pay the bill that is due for which i haven't used at all, what nonsense is this??

                                  Why would i even pay for not using at all and that 1000 bugs.!!!

                                    i am using reliance smart i am trying to stop beauty tips on my cell but i am not geeting any proper answer its wasting my time money 7 all this think.
                                    i wanna deactivate to my BGM service but i didn't got any resolution from care, they dissconnected call also

                                      I have a reliance Reiliance mobile with Prepaid connection.
                                      They have cheated me twice by activate the caller tune ;sending the SMS and cut down money from my account saying that I have send the request of caller tunes activation.
                                      What the customer can do in this cheating as we have nothing to say rather then requesting that it was not from my side.
                                      The customer care excecutive straight away said their server has this information from user side .Even I was telling that i am informing you immediately as soon as i have got the SMS from your side and i dont need your caller tune please dont give this service to me and return my money but they said no money will be returned if once it was got cut.
                                      I don't understand this type of cheating at all, how much RIM can earn by taking small amount of cheating from thier crores of customers.

                                        My name is Prashant Dhama and I am living in Aavantika Ghaziabad Uttar pradesh. I want to tell you that I was using Reliance netconnect since septemeber 2008 to 17 Feb 2008. i haven't paid the bill of January and february also due to some reasons. I asked them to disconnect my connection. they did on 17th of februaury 2009, but they sent me a bill till 21st february 2009. they showed me the date of disconnection and I agreed and thought I might be wrong. Now I have paid their bill which costs RS. 835/- and this time they are saying that the connection is still active and you have to pay for March month also. I said that I have quit for your service on 21st Feb 2009 but they are arguing that your connection is still active and this time a request will be sent to main office to disconnect that you used 4 more days and whole month will be charged and you have to pay 450/- again. They send bodybuilders for recovery. They are humilating us please help me to get rid of this mess.

                                        Reliance Netconnect — illigal billing

                                        I am a user of reliance netconnect.In month of April 2009 i received a bill of Rs1200+ amount, which in real must be around Rs500 only.I complained many times and they checked out any discounted the amount to Rs756, accepting that there server didn't did the right billing.I filed the complain again because the bill was more than the liable amount, but they did not agreed to it and made me pay the Rs750+ amount, otherwise my net connection will be kept blocked and extra fine will be charged for late bill submission.
                                        Is there any way by which I can get back the extra amount payed by me and the discount in the bill for next month as they kept my connection blocked for more than 7 days due to their miscalculation.
                                        Bill once paid will not be refunded f.y.i private firms in India same is applicable for TATA indicom and so forth.
                                        Better switch to Govt. internet BSNL / MTNL customer service might be poor but not so killing like private.
