4. Date of request for termination/migration: - phone disconnected due to non available of cdma services and we are not interested in migration to mobile services. So i think it is disconnected on 28 feb 2016.

5. After disconnection they are sending bills through email. However they have no licence for cdma.

6. After complains to there customer care, we get mail that they are processing payment but no cheque of refund till date.

I have a 4g broadband connection with reliance for more than 6 years. Details are as follows:

The services is not working and i have been trying to contact the customer care center at the numbers given in the bill and website for discontinuing my connection. As unfortunately None of the numbers are working. I have sent several email to terminate the connection. No response from the reliance communcation side. Even i tried to trace there office in kochi which is no more working. Kindly help me to close the connection as soon as possible.

They had shut their services in gujarat without any intimation and i had to port my number which took more than 3 months to get that done. And when it got done to airtel they made a blunder and i lost the number.

Anyways, even after that i haven't received the deposit and the extra amount that had to be deposited for the porting of the number to happen and whatever i had deposited during the initiation of the connection. I was told i would receive this in three months. It has been close to a year now, but i haven not received the refund yet.

Last 4 weeks my data card [protected] was not working and i have received a bill for during this period also. Data card was not working and i have to pay the same also. So i dont want your data card service so please do the cancellation of above number data card the card relation ship number is[protected].
Please cancell the above data card and cancell the bill for the month of aug 2018 also. If the necessary steep not taking i will go to consumer court for case filling

It feels really sad to cancel the internet connection provided by your company from last 8 years. The connection is on the name of ranganatha rao ml and the internet account number is [protected].

Being in the communication and web world industry, you are familiar with the changes that are coming up every day in the technology. Now it is not a time to keep using the conventional form of broadband connection. Things have changed from the system personal computers to the android technology on the smartphone which requires wireless connection. Your company has failed to provide with the required changes in the internet connection. This makes me to take a hard decision to discontinue with the current internet connection and opt for the wireless connection.

I value the company’s outstanding service till this time. I request you to cancel the internet connection data service as soon as possible. A written confirmation will be highly appreciated.

1st cross, behind icici bank, balaji nagar, utterahalli main road. Unused cable is lying here for more than one year and is completely unwinded and spread across the street. Unfortunately our local corporation is pathetic and they really don't bother. Atleast you being a corporate company could you pls take care of your mess? It is a big nuisance here and i hope you will atleast take care of it as a responsible company.

I had requested to port the number to vodafone during beginning of this year at vodafone store through porting code number rd536741 but unfortunately reliance didn't responded. Due to which i am facing problem as this number is my permanent no.

Request you to please look into the matter and inform company to make the arrangement to port the same against porting code number rd536741 to vodafone

Your reliance the workers at your reliance smart are treating the customers like rubbish. They are treating us like beggars as if they were giving us the products for free. I have asked them to show us some respect, but it went in vain. They are not even addressing us with some respect. Today i went to a reliance smart, there was an offer which was wrongfully depicted and it was your mistake, when we started enquiring about the offer a gentleman who works there approached us and started abusing us verbally, i've asked him to give us some respect but he didn't and i left the place immediately. Today i lost respect for reliance and i'll never go to reliance again if i didn't get any formal apology. Today this happened to me and tommorow this may happen to others. I strongly recommend you to make a halt to this type of situations. Now i'll go and explain detially what happened in the store to my friends..

Sir i am working as a isp in reliance digital tv from 2007 to 2010 and i am allready doing full and final process and submited all document as per your representative, and also submit all defactive and fresh matarial in warehouse by hand but stil i am not get any deposite amount return, so please do needfully, other wise i will take legal action in conjamal court

I applied for reliance big tv dth connection on 06/04/2018 and booked the connection with rs. 499 online. The company gave us booking id 17511077 and assure with that they will install that connection with maximum time of 45 day but 140 days passed away and till date they didn't install that connection. Customer care speaking lie to us in their phone conversation. Do the needful to refund my money back or installed it immediately.
