I have been a customer for jio fiber since November2024,
My internet is not working since 8th May 2024, in spite of complaining, no resolution, customer care is pathetic, they are very rude and arrogant, not ready to listen, when asked for supervisor, they are very adamant and not ready to transfer the call, I still don't have internet connection in my house, i have face a lot of loses because of this,
They give a false commitment stating that the engineer is on the way, no one comes to our place, we wait at home, taking day off from our work, still their engineer doesn't not appear, infact they reschedule the timings without out knowledge

I have to connect my phone for the internet to complete my work and I am paying extra for the services

I am an existing Jio Fiber customer, on April 11th 2024 I booked Jio Air Fiber by paying INR 1, 000/- but, soon realized that data in air fiber was limited so I made a call back to customer support on the very next day i.e. April 12, 2024 to cancel the air fiber booking & also was confirmed that it has been cancelled by the customer support executive & also was told that it would take 15 days for the refund to get credited to my account for which I agreed.

It's been a month now & I have talked to 13 customer support executives(USELESS) who have given me same response & also there were these 7 uneducated field executives who don't even have the common sense to give proper information to customer who called me for the past 10 days just to instruct me to call customer support.

This is one of the horrible experiences I have been through, I have been waiting for 35 days for my INR 1, 000 to get refunded, how desperate are you for money Reliance ? You are worst than homeless people in the streets.

I want to delete my complaint which was added mistakenly and even I'm not able to edit my compaint.

But I have not been received any rent of Tower last 6 year . Due to my personal reasons I don't want to continue tower in my land.so I request u to remove reliance communication limited tower from our land as soon as possible

Please stop calling me on this number.
It's irritating.
I have not subscribed to any service like this.
Even though I have blocked numbers from which I got calls still calls haven't stopped.

I'm trying to Port from post paid to Prepaid but I'm unable to do. I'm getting messages like.
UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

Consumercomplaints.in it's fraud website and you can write everything about your enemy and competitor while not face any genuine experience because this site not taking evidence and proof that means reviewer say true only while they misuse this website and demolish career and damage person image in socially without any fault so please stop this site
