I got below mail from reliance. They claim that i have a due of rs.2100/- with them for my data card. The fact is they kept on generating the bills even after i requested for termination of connection. They never listen to the complaint. All they want to do is to charge the customer fraudulently which is evident from other complaints in this forum as well as my previous experience with my company. Previously, i had a wi-max connection with them. Believe me, after 3 months of terminating the connection, they sent me a bill amount rs.1. Xx/-. You read it right. Rupees one and xx paise. Can you believe it? Back then itself i had done my homework well which is why, i did all the communication with them by mail. Even this time also, i have the mail communicating to them about me terminating the connection by calling up the customer care on the very same day. I have even wrote to their appalette. Everytime they call me, they ask me to forward the mails to them to an id they will text me. But they will next text me the mail id.
I have lost patience with them. I am going to consult my lawyer now. I have all the mail communications with me to prove my case. Before, i go to the lawyer, can you please let me know how to file a complaint in trai against the company's malpractice (Including the incident involving my wimax which was way back in 2012. But i still got that mail too with me.) also, am i eligible to file a case for relief against the mental agony they caused me through numerous calls and mails which threatened me of legal action wherein actually it's their customer care who never responds is in fault?
