Today, I have brought a plan of 3g data- 197 Rs. which is activated from the company side and my bal is also deducted for the pack. But, that pack is actually not working. Even when i was calling on 198, there was no option i have found to contact executives. On the top of it, my main balance of Reliance GSM is vanished when i checked by using *367#. I am facing these issues on a regular basis with Reliance. Please do resolve it ASAP.

    I am using reliance connection with Mob no – [protected], but I was never fell happy or Satisfied with your services. There are many issue which are remain same from such a long time and after that you think to compare your services with AIRTEL. First of all your customer provide very poor services, yesterday I am trying to connect your customer care for my net pack not activate from 5:00 PM in evening I was try all your customer care no. then I got connect when I was wait for one your on customer care………. AS you have recorded all calls for traning and improvement purpose, but did you ever listen these call’s . I don’t think so that there is anyone who care about the customer…….. so what is the meaning of CUSTOMERCARE for you. MY Complaint no –[protected] MOB n o - [protected] Dear Rahul ji………….. On behalf of this much poor services you think that you are No.1 Service provider in Telecom industries…….. I think you know what I mean…………… because till now as per my complaint no. my problem remain same……….

      Sir, my reliance gsm no. Is [protected], my previous complaint was resolved regarding my balance deduction and was notified that no more deductiins will be made but again today my balance has been deducted. Contacting with the customer care has become almost impossible because of your poor customer service . kindly refund me my balance and make sure no further deductions are made as it is my official number for official works only and i dont use it for any value added services. At time of emergencies i find my balance deducted always .

        Hello, My billing account no is [protected]. My billing cycle is 11th every month. I requested for final termination of my connection on 28th July 2015. Reference no is[protected]. That means i have to pay the bill for duration 12th july to 28th July. I got a bill of 659 rs. Also they took the modem and landline phone from my home on 8th Aug and still my connection is not terminated yet. This company is mentally harassing me. No one responds properly from customer care department. Its been over a month now and still my connection is not terminated and they are sending me ebills. So i finally decided that before these people send me a notice from DELHI PATIYALA court for non payment of bill which i dint even use, i want to file a case against them in CONSUMER FORUM, for mentally harassing me and torturing me. I called customer care and told them that i m filing a case in consumer forum and they said "Sir consumer forum me complaint karne se kuch nahi hoga. Consumer forum hamara kuch nahi kar sakti." Is it so??? I have all the evidences and proofs with me. I have phone records, emails responses from them etc. THANK YOU

          I was using a Reliance data card connection from last 9 years or so. I had never switched to any other service provider. But finally I am now paying the price for being a Loyal (rather foolish customer). I had decided to upgrade to Wi-Fi connection of Reliance and hence taken a Wi Pod 2 months back. I had called the call centre to ask about upgradation. They said I can disconnect and take a new one. Hence is did that. Now I am using a new Wi-Fi connection. I have been getting disturbing call from the call centre team post that asking me to pay the bills of the old card. I have repeatedly told them that I have cancelled the old connection and taken a new reliance connection. Today one gentleman (mobile no: [protected]) calls me and threatens me regarding legal notice. When I tried to explain him, very rudely he tells that the call centre team might have give me wrong information and commitment. Well, that very weird way to handle a customer which I have not seen anywhere else. Also there was a month in which I was overcharged. I made a complaint and still it is not resolved. I never made it a issue later since it was petty. Now you guys are after me without any fault of mine. Please check earlier payment records and try finding out if there was any default made.

            Dear Sir / Madam I am using Reliance and my no. is [protected]. I have a complaint that i doesn't activate any VAS but still automatically some VAS are being activated and my balance are deducted. And this is not once, regularly this is going on. After complaining to Customer care sometimes the balance are refunded. Kindly look after the above said problem and I request you to refund my current deducted amount i.e. Rs. 39. IF such problem will goes on I will not use the reliance no. Thanking you

              I have recharged 26th aug to my relaince GSM mobile. I had special offer for internet for RS.112 (Unlimited data pack with 28 days validity). So I have recharged for that amount to get that offer. I got 2 message from reliance(52811). 1. 2G data recharge of RS.112 is successfull. You will shortly get an SMS with details of data benifits credites to your account.2. Congratulations! 2G112 has been successfully activated on your phone. so after getting this sms i started using internet. After that I recharged RS.100 for the same number. I used net for few minutes and put my data offline. Then when I see my account balance it has only RS.47 balance in my account. so i called customer care (198) asked for the reason for balance deduction they were saying without net pack you have used internet in your mobile so that balance was deducted. But last night itself I put net pack and i got messaging saying its activated.then after sometime i explained my suituation with sesha one of the customer care person. they said that yes balance was deducted from our side will raise complaint and you will get your net pack validity what you have recharged and your deduction amount RS.118 within 2 days. after droping the call RS.47 which was remain in my account that also deducted . so totally 165 amount was deducted from my account and i ddint get data benifit .i raised 2 complaints with customer care from last four days but no solution provided and customer care persons answers also not satisfied. they are treating very rood.My complaint numbers:[protected]/[protected]... I am very old customer and now very disappointed with the response given by customer care.(Marimuthu, Kulanthaivel).

I received a call on 1st July 2015 from a girl who introduced herself as Himani Sharma from reliance communications. She asked me my monthly usage on my existing Vodafone number which I had since 2003. When I told her that I spend around 2000 INR every month on my mobile bill then she offered me a plan wherein...

                      I am not convinced with your routine reply to the following complaint. Kindly reply to my following two questions and refund Rs.999- failing which I am going to move court of law with damages of Rs. one lakh. 1. Forward the auto generated rece ipt for Rs. 999/- (transaction failure and no receipt was generated) 2. I have consumed only Rs. 797/- plan broad band and not Rs. 999/-. Send me details how much GB was charged and consumed by me. On 21.07.15, while online charging my Reliance prepaid data card [protected], first I tried with Rs. 999/- plan and my SB account [protected] with HDFC account was debited but I got transaction failure message. So again I tried with Rs. 797 plan and my account was debited and I got receipt also. But my Rs.999/- transaction is not yet reversed even now. Kindly reverse Rs.999 with DHDF[protected] immediately. REPLY RECEIVED FROM RELIANCE "This is with reference to the Customer's complaint received at Akosha for his Reliance number [protected], regarding Recharge benefits not received. As per the resolution received vide SR ID:[protected] and subsequent telephonic conversation had with the Customer on his alternate number [protected], we informed him that the Customer is already use the benefit. Hence, the case is closed. Note: Kindly note that for new complaints you need to raise a new ticket ID, however, if same ticket ID reopens then your case will not be resolved soon. Hence, we request you for each new query raise a new ticket ID. "

                          I got my dongle disconnected on 28th July 2015 and received a confirmation mail on the same day in which I was asked to pay Rs 2774/- towards a final settlement which I did. I was ensured in the same mail that there would not be any further bills generated further. However, There is a bill generated every month and I get threatening calls from reliance executives asking me to pay the bills.

                              I have a broad band+ connection no n[protected] but when I use this option in network I do get full towers but not able to connect to broadband but when I connect using high speed option I am able to connect since last one month. When I contacted customer care they made me do few setting changes but issue not resolved .I contacted Reliance communication for four times in last ten days but no resolution yet.They told me they have registered a complaint no[protected] on 20th August15 and told me the issue will be resolved in 72 hours but ten days have passed and today also they told me they are still looking into the issue... Strange !!! and Great!!! job Reliance keep it up such a service and customer care . Looks charging for broad band and giving high speed connection

                                  Activated the data plan on my mobile no. [protected] but despite that data services are not activated on said mobile by reliance and after number of painful efforts I got through their customer care but they refused to help saying the system are not working and since then I have been barred from customer care wrote a several mails to them but all in vein so I feel I have lost my money paid them for service which they didn't provide me its a cheating and its not the first incident of their third class services against customer intrest even regulating authorities like TRAI seems ineffective against their unfare practices
                                  Complaint marked as Resolved 
                                  They activated data service only after more than half of the day was gone for a single day data plan they are least concerned about customer
