we tried calling all the numbers but all the numbers are not working more over all the Reliance telecom outlets are closed.

    Dear Team,

    My landline and internet isn't working after the merger/aquisition thing of/between MTS and Reliance. Also, I am not getting any support from the customer care. I tried to call customer care multiple times but all in vain. Because the customer care is also out of order .On top of that, I got the bill as usual on Nov-28-2017.RCom has generated a bill for the period when the service was down.

    I didn't knew who should I mail to till I received the e Bill, on which I found their email ID and have dropped a mail on it but I don't know whether anyone is monitoring that ID or not.

    My landline and internet isn't working from the[protected]

    As a customer I have every right to quit using the services of RCom. They simply cannot keep on generating bills.I don't wan't any more bills from them. They cannot expect me to pay this one as well because the service was down and I have also suffered a lot.

    Please close my account asap as per proper procedure and send me the NOC for same ... Also please refund the amount deposited at the time of opening the account.

      I am a customer of reliance telecommunications bearing number [protected] since along time. There is no network in my number i am try to get my number port to another network. But i am not able to generate upc code for my number [protected] and my number has no network. Please help me out to get the upc number. I need to get it switch to other network as soon as possible. My all bank transactions are pending. This is a pathetic service. I have applied mnp application multiple times but it has been rejected bacause i don’t have upc code. Provide me the upc code as soon as possibl. Please try to solve this problem as soon as possible

        Hello Sir/Mam,

        Today i got an email with subject Legal Notice for Recovery for internet service used.Which is sent by Lawyer Named Manoj som.
        They saying that I did not pay the bill.I used their last service in April 2014 and sent email to customer care for disconnection after pay my latest bill for as providing worst speed.
        Here on legal notice recovery email the relationship no. and Reliance no. both are not one which i was using(Billing Account Number:[protected]MDN – [protected]).Please see attached payment receipt to get correct relationship no. and Reliance no., which i had use.
        Could you please look in to this why they are harassing me by sending such kind of email.

            Is this email id authentic or some kind of spam email, today i have received an email saying legal notice asking to pay rs.1850/- for my broadband connection which was closed in may2011, from may onwards i did not get any bill now how all of sudden reliance guys woke up and sent a legal notice for recovery

            Subject: legal notice for recovery of rs. 1872.12/-

            Dear sir/madam,

            On instructions of my clients, reliance communications limited and reliance communications infrastructure limited, i hereby serve upon you with the following legal notices:

            1. That you had subscribed to the telecom services being provided by my clients on the basis of terms and conditions of the customer application form which was duly signed and executed by you. Our client, reliance communications ltd. Have from time to time raised bills for the services availed by you.


            2. That my client on your specific request had agreed to provide the services as desired by you and in lieu thereof you had duly signed and executed the customer application form and other related forms duly agreeing to all the terms and conditions thereof. You by signing the caf had duly understood all the terms and conditions of the agreement and one of the conditions being that all payments with regards to the said services shall be made by you in time without failure or delay. Upon your agreeing to the terms and conditions of the agreement and by signing the caf form and other related forms, the aforesaid fixed line phone connection and a customer billing account number 500001xxxxxxxx was duly allotted to you.

            3. That as per the terms and condition of the agreement, you were under legal obligation inter alia to make payments on time of the periodic invoices raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of the said invoices from my clients, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. Due to the non - payment of your legitimate dues, my client was compelled to disconnect your aforesaid fixed line phone connection. Further as on date a sum of rs. 1872.12/- is due and payable to my clients, in this regard. It is further submitted that despite the agreement being entered by you with my clients, you have intentionally and deliberately breached the trust of my clients by violating the terms and conditions of the agreement which clearly amounts to a punishable offense under section. 406 ipc., by violating the terms and conditions of the said agreement you have also made yourself liable for criminal prosecution as well as of civil liability for recovery of the said amount which is due to my clients.

            4. That my client assumes that your conduct was intentional and deliberate by not making the payment to my clients after duly availing the services offered by them. This act of yours is indicative of a dishonest intention of causing wrongful loss to my clients and wrongful gain for your-self, inter alia amounting to cheating my clients which may culminate into a criminal offence punishable under section 420 of ipc with imprisonment or fine.

            5. That in the aforesaid circumstances, we have been instructed by my clients to demand from you immediate payment of the aforesaid amount of rs. 1872.12/- and to give you this notice, that if case you fail to make the payment to our clients the aforesaid sum of rs.1872.12/- together with interest thereon within 7 days from the date of the receipt of this notice, we have definite instructions from our clients to adopt appropriate legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you in the competent court of law at your entire risk, costs and consequences.

            6. That as per the agreement you are also liable to pay 2.5% interest per month on the aforesaid amount from the date of default till actual realization.

            7. This legal notice supercedes any other legal notice (S) send to you for the captioned purpose on behalf of my clients. For any clarification, you may please contact mr. Rupender bharti (9x) mail id rcomdl. [protected]@relianceada.com,

            8. That in case you already have made the requisite payment before the receipt of this notice, in that scenario kindly treat the aforesaid notice as withdrawn, provided the proof of payment details are sent to us.

            Note: copy of this notice is retained in my office for further necessary action in the future.

              My Reliance GSM no.[[protected]] is not working since last two months and there is no network of in my Reliance GSM sim and I think my sim has blocked by Reliance. I have called many times at customer care by another number but your customer care is also not working.

              My number is disconnected without any prior information to me so please activate it immediately. My Reliance number is linked with my accounts and aadhaar. So, You are requested to please look into this matter on urgent basis.

              I have not received any revert from Reliance communication yet. I am still waiting for revert. Please confirm when will be my number unblocked. I want to port my number so that I can resolve my pending issues which are in hold because my Reliance GSM number is not working.

                  My reliance gsm no. [protected] is not working since last three days there is no network of in my reliance gsm sim, i request you please activate it immediately without any fail otherwise i'll have to take a strict action against.

                    In our city past two month reliance network has been stopped without any notice and i have 5 prepaid no. And one post paid no. So we request the port code for all and get the same so all my prepaid no. Which have in every no. Balance like[protected] amount we have lost and about rs.1000/- we have lost and one which post paid no. We have try to port in airtel so they told us in october that there is outstanding so we made the our outstanding on dt.[protected] after that airtel people says that that your porting request is under process so we have to wait one week but after one week airtel people again says that your no. Is on company name so you send a letter thru mail which is on your letter pad so we done the same on dt.[protected] after one week he told that send a letter original in our office so we again hand over that letter in airtel office so we are still waiting and now we have surprised that reliance sent a new bill of rs. 707 for period[protected] to[protected]
                    Which will be period of non network and now the airtel people again sad that there is outstanding so you have to clear that so now i can not understand what we can do? I have already big loss due to my this business phone no. And don't no who will be responsible and also how i can sure that if i will pay this month bill which can not use and also no network in our area can we port in airtel
                    So pl. Look in this matter who may it so cocern

                        I have opted a port out request from reliance communications on october 14th applied airtel and was pending till october 30th not processed my request. Again i reapplied for port out with new upc code another provider jio on 1st november, still not done. From 2010 i am using that number, unable to retain it and running behind several providers to port in. None of them able to process the port in request due to this rcom. I have submitted my ekyc and applying ort in request none of them don't no why its not getting port in. Every time i get same reply under processing, my mobile number linked with aadhar, bank every thing. Pathetic that not even reach customer care which is shut down. Is this is the way to shut down a customer care without migrating the customers? I need my number to get port out... I need my number port in jio reliance airte big cheaters who dont bother customers [protected]@gmail.com

                          With the recent changes in the ownership of the company, i do not wish to continue my connection anymore. Please close my account with immediate effect.
                          I have suffered huge loss due to sudden change in the ownership which has lead to no connectivity for last 10 days.
                          I am very much disappointed and hence do not wish to continue. Please take this as a formal intimation.

                          Moreover the strange part is rcom has sent me a bill for a period when there was no service. How somebody can generate a bill without providing a service. Also i feel as a customer i have the right to stop the service at any point in time.

                            Am having reliance demo [protected] having topup recharging amount around rs 350 in it.in november reliance disconnect service without any prior notice in big city like mysore. And only after disconecring service of all, made pubic that rcom shut services. Distributors also disappear, now who will bear the loss? Reliance should be responsible and they need to refund retailer money. My demo number not working can leave any message on my alternate number [protected]

                              I am trying to get upc code but there is no celluar network in the area,
                              So i am not able to get upc code and everytime i am trying to sent port [protected] to 1900. Its failing. Even rcom didnt sent me upc code to port my number. Rcom is cheating their customers. This is frustration. Customers should be automatically ported to another number.
                              This is complete harassment.

But on 26th nov 2017, the reliance network dead for this number. When i call costumer care, it wasn't connect. So i went to nearby store. They told that no. Was closed, and they won't help anymore. That no. Is connected to all my accounts. So i require that number. How it can possible suddenly closedown the number without informing anything to customer.
                                I really want to escalate this matter to higher autority to take proper action and do proper justice. It also not given time for number portability.

                                  My number is [protected], i am trying to make a mobile number portability request from my reliance number to get my unique porting code; but every time i get ” message as a reply from 1901. That my request is in process and no request is in process. But i had never received the code.. I don’t know why they are doing this, maybe reliance blocked the porting system. Now what to do? Should i complain for this to consumer forum to resolve this problem?

                                    We came to know from mts executive that mts is not taken over by reliance communication. Kindly check and do the needful as my mts data card is not working since from last many days. I was ignoring this by assuming some n/w related issues but later i came to know from one of my office colleague that it is not my own problem but faced by all mts data card customer, hence logged complaint. Card details are mentioned below:

So its a gentle request to you please disconnect my mts number and send me the confirmation on this. I am sending a mail also for same. Kindly reply on this.                                       I submitted the MNP request to airtel on Nov.13th. It has been more than 7 days and my number has still not been ported. Upon enquiring with airtel, I was informed that Reliance has not yet released the number. Would appreciate your help in expediting this process as I have been without mobile services for over 10 days!!!
                                      I recharged my mts mblaze for RS 712 through Paytm and I also possess a transaction ID.But still I'm not able to use my data since my data balance has not been boosted up.It has been 2 weeks since I recharged.kindly resolve the issue guys.Else try returning my money.I'll be grateful.
                                      I have tried to number portability on 18/11/2017.
                                      But no number portability code sent to me.

                                      So please send me the number portability code at the earliest.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I have been using the mts data card no. [protected] from long time but from last 30 days apx. It is not working, i have been trying to reach out to customer care but unable to contact them as mst service is not working & reliance care nos. Doesn't recognize the mts no. & don't take our call further to executive.

                                        Being a customer it is very embarrassing that we don't have the service of internet & company will raise the bill on its due date.

                                        I request you to stop my service of internet with immediate effect, do not charge any bill to me beacuse i am not gona pay it to you.
