Reference to my emails for cancellation of my connection of net connect no [protected] vide my request no[protected].
I am receiving the bills to pay and there is no action from your end.
And this time i have got the bill of Rs 956 without any usage. What is the problem and why have i received the bill for this month, when you have accepted my cancellation and is in process from July 28th 2011.
Before we take the net concoction you all promise a very good service, once taken that system does not work where we want.

AFter i have done all these steps only i have decided to cancel the reliance net connect.
If it does not work at time of my meetings and how many times i have been changing to and fro at the meeting i was really embrassed.

For Win 2000 & WIN XP: Go to Start>`Settings>Network and Dial Up connections right click on Reliance Netconnect Icon and Click on properties>Networking Tab>Internet Protocol [TCP/IP] should be checked.
For Win98/SE and Win ME: Go to Start>Settings>Network and Dial Up connections right click on Reliance Netconnect Icon and click on properties>Server type Tab>check the TCP/IP check box if not selected then click on TCIP button.
For Windows 7: Go to Start --> Setting --> Phone and Modem --> Click on Modem --> Do Query Modem.

I would like to cancel the reliance net connect. The reasons are:
1) Every time i like to connect to internet there will be an error like 678 / 779
2) when we work on presentation, it disconnects for every three min and connects.
3) The net surfing is very slow and the net disconnects on the outskirts of india like Vizag / Gurgoan / Vijaywada / Delhi outskirts / Uttarakhand etc....
Please let me know the process for disconnection of the net connect.
