my postpaid no [protected] has been terminating as i have given my documents again and submitted rs 350 as security fees.firstly i was not given reciept of my payment secondly my no is still not activated as i have completed my documents allready.talking to reliance office they are saying that my no is been alrady sold as in my previous complaint.i was satisfied that my no will be issued to me.on talking to mr vipin in reliance office shimla. he is talking rudely not giving me correct reason why no is not issued to me.as no is still not activated.so pls see my complaint its my permanent number its very necesssary for me. ishtpal singh mob [protected]

my postpaid connection no [protected] has been terminated after paying my bill.as i have not received my bill from last few months.how could i know that how much is amount due to pay.when i asked for my bill from reliance world situated on mall road they say that it will be sent on my email id which i have not received till now.i got notice from Mr Dinesh Bhanot advocate of reliance communication shimla.so i have my bill from cheque no 450418 dated 28/6/2011 bank name oriental bank of commerce amount rs 710.pls activate my no as soon as possible. ishtpal singh m/s paul general store stall no 58 lower bazar shimla .(mobile no [protected])

    Sir,
    from my reliance number [protected] I called the customer care executive officer of reliance mobile in the number 198 on 15th July 2011 for deactivating my 'Missed Call Alert' service on my number only which is [protected] . One lady executive officer attended my call and deactivated my 'Missed Call Alert' service which was to be renewed on 16th July 2011. Then I asked her to check that whether any other services are activated on my number or not. Then she checked the system and told me that no services were activated on my number. I again told her that if any services are activated till then then she should kindly deactivate those services. She told that she checked again and told me that her system is showing that no services are activated on my number. After that on 18th July 2011 i.e. day before yesterday in the morning I checked my balance and saw that my balance was Rs. 40.14. After that the whole day I didn't call to any number. At evening near about 4pm when I attempted to call one number one female voice told that my balance is low i.e. Rs. 10.14. I was stunned. Then and then I disconnected and called reliance customer care executive officer. One man executive officer received my call and told me that on that day only at 2:06pm one service i.e. STARTALKTRIAL Pack was activated by R World and another servive i.e. Love Tip Service was renewed. When I started to query about this he disconnected my call. Again I tried to call but nobody received. On that day only near about 8pm I again called and that time another man received my call. I again told him the whole problem but after checking the system he told the same thing. When I told him that activation of any service by R World is impossible since internet is not activated on my number then he again checked the system and told that the activation of STARTALKTRIAL Pack was due to there technical fault and they already refunded my Re.1 which was charged because of this activation. But when I told that how can the Love Tip Service be renewed on my number as on 15th July the lady executive officer told me that no services were activated on my number. Then also he was telling that Love Tip Service was renewed on that day at 2:06pm. After querying about this further he told me to stay on the line while he would transfer my call to his senior executive officer. After that I stayed on the line for near about 10 minutes but nobody received. Then I disconnected the call myself and tried again to call but nobody received. Again the next day near about 8pm I called the customer care executive officer and told my problem from the beginning. Then he asked what was my main problem as both the services were deactivated from my number.I told him that how could I get back my Rs.30 refunded. He told that it cant be refunded because my Love Tip service was already renewed and already deactivated after that. Then I asked him to check that on which day the Love Tip service was activated. He told that it was activated on "8 10". Then I asked him that which "8 10", whether it is time or date. He told that it is date. I told him that "8 10" of the year 2011 didn't come till now because it is 10th August. Then he told that it was his mistake in telling this, it was actually 10th of July. Then I asked him how can the service be activated on my number on 10th of July as the lady executive officer told me that no services were activated on my number. He told again that the service was activated on 10th of July and its renewal date was 18th of July that is why the service was renewed on 18th of July at 2:06pm. When I again tried to query that how can the service be activated on my number on 10th of July as the lady executive officer told on 15th of July that no services were activated on my number he told that if I would query about that between 10th of July and 18th of July then I could have got the money refunded, but I didn't get the alert only that the Love Tip service was activated. When I tried to query about it further he disconnected the line. Again I called the customer care but that time another executive officer received my call and told me to tell him my problem again. I told him to give my call to the previous executive officer whom I told all my problem but he told that it was to impossible to transfer my call to the previous executive officer and to tell him my problem again. I again told him all my problem from the beginning and after querying about it with him he told me to stay on the line while he would transfer my call to his senior executive officer. I told him not to keep me waiting on the line like previous day, he told that he would not do like this. But like the previous day again I stayed on the line and I was hearing continuously the sound of ringing for about 3 minutes. After that the call was disconnected automatically. I again tried to call the customer care executive officer but nobody received my call.
    Sir after these activities by the reliance telecommunication service I am very much offended. They are not ready to refund my Rs.30 back which they deducted from my account illegally. When they cannot talk with me further about their illegal activities they simply disconnect the line and after that when I call again they don't receive my call.
    Sir it is my earnest request to you to look into this matter seriously and give me justice. I would be grateful to you.

This no. is using by me last five or six year. I dont know how he taken my port no & issued to another person & he also gave me some waring that he is in a top positions in reliance & he will send me bill arround 25000 or extra & i will no option to pay or surrender.
      So, i kindly request to you please help me or take some neccessory action against Mr. Vijay Bhatia (Sachin Bhatia) R/O A-111 New Friends Colony New Delhi-110065

      Hello,
      This has happened to me as well. But just for information. Mr Vijay Bhatia is a very nice and humble gentleman residing in New Friends Colony. I myself did all the investigation and came to know that these fraudsters are just taking Mr Bhatias name to commit this crime. He has no relationship with reliance telecom. They themselves have filed an FIR against reliance telecom. How can someone residing in NFC sell sim cards. Just think about it yourself. Just in case i[censored] have the number of the guys who sold u the sim card. Please give it to me, it will be easier to nail them. Please provide me the number.

        Hi I am balaji I am using the huawei Ec150 reliance broadband modem. Am getting the signal of high speed 1x only. I did not get the signal for netconnect+. I am using the broadband in tindivanam. The reliance dealers said the tower for netconnect+ was build in tindivanam. But i cant get the signal yet. My broadband is working at the speed of only 15kbps only. Am waiting for full speed of 3.1mbps. They said the tower work will finish in 15 to 20 days. But i want to know the correct date when the work will be finished. My contact number is [protected] and my broadband number is [protected]. please contact me to the given mobile number and say when the work will be finished and when i will get the signal. Waiting for a reply from customer care.

          Sir,

          I'm using a Reliance NetConnect plus with No. [protected] and this is a limited postpaid connection where up 512MB is free and included in the rent of Rs 499 pm. I was given a bill dated 27-Jun-11 for the Period :[protected] to[protected] for Rs 1438. I use this datacard once in a while and not very regular. When I checked the usage details I see the data upload and download on two dates 23rd & 24th June is shown very high. For eg: It showed I did a data transfer of 660 MB in 53 minutes, which is very unlikely. I believe the usage meter has malfunctioned. There are 3-4 transactions like this. All other dates, the data transfer is normal and is in sync with the time I spent on it.

          I logged complaints with customer care (Ref[protected]. They looked in to this issue but did not give any useful information. I dont think they have done a through investigation. They are not able to explain this huge data usage shown in short time. I am quite sure the data usage shown is incorrect. I want this to be corrected. I'm not prepared to pay this bill of Rs 1438.

          Any help you can provide is highly appreciated.

          I am also going through a similar problem with reliance netconnect. All these people arr cheats! im going to lodge and FIR against them. I heard from many of my friends about smilar cases and that when the customer doesnt pay up the bill, they file a case againt the customer etc. These people should be taught a lesson!

            I am Ovais Yuisuf. I have post paid connection of reliance CDMA. number is [protected]. I have given request (CSAE ID[protected] for changing post paid connection to prepaid connection on 13th july & paid all dues pending upto 13th july.
            after that I got a message from reliance that your request will be resolved in next 5 days. I called to customer care many times, they told me u will get a call from concern department as soon as possible, i haven't got any call till now. After 6 days i received sms saying that "Please let us know if you are satisfied with the resolution of last service request" without resolving my request, Then i called customer care again and they said they closed my Request, and saying that i have to again re summit and do the formalities again. Sir we have tried to convince them in every manner but they are not agreeing to anything. we cant go & fight with them everyday. Hence I request you to please guide us in this.

              I brought a Reliance Netconnect Hi-Speed 1X with unlimited Post Paid Plan of Rs. 699/- for which I had to pay Rs. 250/- (Rs. 250/- was discount). After availing the said facility for three months I requested to convert my plan to Pre Paid. I made all due payment of Post Paid Plan. But it is regretted to state that after laps of near about six months my Data Card is kept totally unused dut to not getting any help from your shop. They told me that the modem will not be activated further.

              So, I requested to please solve my problem and active my Data Card, so that I can use the same.

                I am using reliance netconnect for last 1 n half years .
                For last two days I am not able to access reliance netconnect (no. [protected]) and according to executives my bill is pending (I had already paid my bill) . I want justification for my pending bill and after having a talk with three member , I have three different answer :-
                first Executive(Vishal) :- Company was giving discount but now discount period is over.
                Second executive(Satish) :- i havnt paid feb,2011 bill.
                Third executive (Priya) :- I havnt paid March , 2011 bill .

                  It is not a month that i have taken a connection of reliance fwp - the phone number being[protected].

                  From past 10 days the number has been deactivated and when i did complain for the same they said the is detained due to no usage of the number after activation. if there was no usage of the number then how did the bill generate of rs.800.

                  After a visit to reliance officials for more than 5 days they told me to take another number which is not possible for me because,

                  I have published this number on all of my promotional activites, any how i need this number activated.

[protected].......help me by sending some tricks about reliance in my number plz.........few days ago i recharged a mobile net pack of rs29 (reliance)......... as i was browsing pages through google.......soon after using i just went of to sleep......at morning when i checked for balance there i found that there had been a deduction in my balance....wen i enquired i found that tamil and telugu pack had been activated without my prior permission....though i am a bihari from darjeeling and i have no need of activating tamil and telugu..... i called up customer care continuously for 6 days and finally the cc picked up the call on 6th day...i reported my problem i said well i dont understand the language then why the hell would i activate tamil and telugu but the cc was at his own support........again i called cc and told them to deactivate tamil and telugu and they said that they deactivated but tommorrow morning i found my bal.. deducted............this reliance telecom is a big crap.....reliance sucks!!!!!!!my no [protected]
                  unforunatly cricket mews has been activated so plz deactivate it.

                    reliance has deducted rs 15 from my balance.i wanted to recharge my phone to have gprs of rs 51 for 15 days and customer care asked me to send a message M 51 to 51234...and instead of internet pack they activated my missed call alert service..and when i called them they did not responded to my complaint..this is not the first time i am facing the problem.earlier many times they deducted my balance for no reason..finally i decided to complain against reliance...

                      i have subscribed to ur broadband netconnect with effect from june 18. the speed offered is 3.1 mbps where as the speed i am getting is hardly 10 kbps. the connection is very slow inviting embarresment from colleagues and also inconvinence.now i am repenting taking the connection of reliance. but taking another chance may i request u to kindly resolve the problem.

                      you are not alone binishs and reliance is not alone doing this, I tried reliance, tata and bsnl, all promised UP TO 3.1Mbps speeds and offer only 10 to 15 kbps.

                      Also the customer services offered by all of them are absolutely pathetic, I suggest you not to waste you money on it any more and go for a 3G solution (again avoid reliance, bsnl and tata!!)

                      I'm using !dea right now and vodafone is also doing good, hope this info would help! I'm getting average speeds from 512kbps (often) to 2Mbps (sometimes)

                        on 15 of July my 19rs SMS pack is complete..and that day my balance was low...yesterday i.e. 16 of July i was recharge for 39rs SMS pack..and also recharge with 50rs for BALANCE but in night Reliance company is activate my 19rs pack..without any information....
                        and then i call to 198 for complain the customer care Executive tell me that this is not possible to register the complain because the pack is auto renewal ..then i was say that refund my 39 rs money but the person cut my phone..
                        plz tell me what should i do...?

Now the speed was 18kbps to 20kbps. It is so slow when downloading of 50mb files its very slow and take long time to complete download. and speed was slow.                             We have a reliance datacard connection [protected] in the name of Kalpesh Shah. The bill generation date is 18th of every month. We sent a request for closure of this connection on 11th July to Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com with a cc to '[protected]@relianceada.com' and '[protected]@relianceada.com'. We also paid the rental in advance before bill gets generated on 18th so that there is no issue in closure.

                            Still the customer care is replying even today that they would take another 13 days to revert on this and we will have to bear the rental till the connection is active.

                            Is this the customers problem if they handle matters inefficiently and takes ages to close connection?                             Reliance Netconnect Data Card High Speed Broadband + — Not Got Revert on the issue of service even after coordinating so much

                            I logged a complaint in relaince 5-6 month back related to my High Speed Data Card Broadband +, related to the service issue.
                            But even after co-ordinating with them so long they haven't reverted me back with an assured answer.
                            Everytime i call them they say 1 field executive will be send to your place, but till now no one has ever came up to my place & no one is reverting back to me.

                              my internet is not working from last two days, whenever i tried to book complain your phone is in busy line.

                              My God,
                              I am not able to update my site (http://www.mytechboxonline.com/) regularly because of the persisting Internet connectivity problems that are thrust upon me by the Internet service provider Reliance. For the last two months, I am using a Reliance Netconnect offer with ZTE USB modem/hardware that is also given to me by Reliance. It’s a mobile Internet service, which promised to give “fastest speed” on CDMA technology. But let alone any speed, the connectivity is either dead slow or almost dead.

                              I have repeatedly informed about my pains to the company Reliance, which as per my experience has the worst support system in the world. To my specific email queries, its support people start asking me totally general and irrelevant questions. For example, for data card, they ask me about “Handset make & model”. They would keep throwing volley of questions on you sent through standard emails, without trying to diagnose and resolve the problem.

                              Then, guess what…In the current 24×7 business environment, Reliance would give you a curt reply: “We will respond to you in next 5 business working days.” This response will simply cripple you for at least 5 “working” days.

                              So all this is aimed to gag a customer like me, as these useless questions and responses from Reliance cause a lot of mental disturbance to you. So the customers will not have any other option but to stop raising their voice against the service atrocities of the company. I have in fact reached that stage. But somehow mustered courage to raise my voice through this blog post.

                              Now I am totally trapped, as I have paid advance money to the company – Reliance. I can’t use the Internet service because it’s too weak and frail. And the company’s response to my complaints is either callous or mercilessly unprofessional.

                              I feel because of such poor services Internet usage is not growing at a desirable pace in India. The vendors are trying to grab poor customers’ money by hook or crook and finally leaving the latter in the lurch.

                              Since I use Internet to earn my livelihood, I am being thrown out of work by this Internet service provider. I feel this also amounts to a blatant attack on human rights.

                              I have addressed this communication to the Almighty, God because now I feel only He can help me and take me out of this predicament created by my friends at Reliance.

During the intervening night betweeen 24 - 25 Nov reliance has unauthorisedly activated " khel khel mein " service unilateraly and without my consent .U are requested to advise , Reliance gsm to credit Rs.30 to my account at the earliest. You are , further requested to instruct Reliance not to activate any value added service ( VAS ) in future without my consent .

                                  I am a Reliance CDMA customer mobile number is 74880791XX, since July 2010 to November 2010 I didn’t face any problem, but after December 2010 Reliance activated any paid service on my CDMA number without my consent and deducted all amount. I recharged my number in January but they deducted all amount within a minute . That time I was out of station hence didn’t reported. But on 15/07/2011 I again recharged with Rs. 200/- and they deducted all amount and balance showing -50 (minus 50 Rs.). Now its frustrating for me.

                                  When I called customer care and want to know why they deducted all my amount they said that due to activation of some paid services amount was deducted, then I asked, who requested that paid services? then they have no answer.

                                  When I didn’t requested any paid services then why should Reliance activated any such paid service without prior notice and without my consent?

                                  They don’t have any answer.

                                  As I didn’t get proper solution from Reliance customer care hence I am witting on my blog and every social networking site to let people know how/ Reliance cheated customer and if any single person changed his mind then I think my intense work is successful. Also I am going to registering a formal complain against Reliance CDMA in consumer court.

                                  Beware if you are going to purchase any product from Reliance. Reliance is a cheater, they will activate any such paid service without user consent and deduct your all amount. I faced high billing problem from Reliance electricity then switched to TATA and my current bill is half of the amount Reliance billed every months to me, but using same frequency of electricity.

                                  So please please do not buy any Reliance product. They are big cheater!
                                  Boycott Reliance switch to Airtel (I have few issues with Airtel but they properly resolved all my issue hence I am a big fan of Airtel now and suggested you.).

                                  A VAS (Value Added Service) was activated since January 2011 and they deducted 30 Rs per month for that service. My mother is using that mobile number and she didn't know how amount was deducted and also she didn't know about any VAS services. When I visited my native place then talked with Customer care and they told that VAS is activated on that number, I asked customer care executive that who requested to activate that service then they didn't have any answer.

                                  Now for last 7 moths they deducted 210 rs for VAS which we never requested.

                                  If Reliance automatically activated any VAS then customer is not liable to pay the service charge. so I want money back which was deducted due to VAS.

                                  At present we de-activated all VAS services on that mobile.

                                        With humble request we all flat owners of above building request you to kindly remove installation of mobile phone tower from the said building. One of the occupant viz. Shri Naresh Chaudhary has been contacted by your office and with conspiracy and collusion has got the mobile tower installed on the terrace, which is not just and equitable. We have taken certain photographs of the building which shall show that building is not in a condition to bear the load of the tower. There are also water tanks installed on the terrace for usually occupants visit the terrace. In case anything wrong happens due to mobile phone tower with any person visiting the terrace shall be solely at your risk and responsibility.

                                        It is once again humbly requested to remove the installation of mobile phone tower.

                                        Sir the said company has installed tower on K 27/13, Bhairo Bazar, Chaukhambha, Varanasi. the company has not taken any electric connection for running of said tower and the company has installed Generator of 20KVA in the top of building and the said tower is running 24 Hours on the Generator set. due to this Air & Sound pollution has been incurred in residential area. for your information 18-20 Hrs electricity has been supplied by UP Power Corporation Ltd in this area. I am unable to understand why the company has not taken any electric connection.please do some action against this.

I request from this fourm to instruct reliance communication ltd to take electric connection for Tower in this area normally 18-20 hrs Power supply available from Power Corporation Ltd.
