Reliance Communications — Bad Services Number Suspend with out any reason

Hi Team This is to express my worst nightmare being associated with Reliance Communication. I feel that people in this country are absolutely correct that it is one of the most corrupted and money sucking company especially from its own customers who contribute to the maximum in the growth of your company. My mistake was that I got my number ported from Vodafone and you people thinking that I might be benefited with the services and offers that is committed from your end nationwide but unfortunately forget our services and offers, you guys have suspended by outgoing of my number [protected] by saying that there is another number [protected] which is linked to my account. Can you please explain how is this possible? Firstly, I just got associated with you recently, Secondly I would like to know whether both number share the same address and Name? As per my know when i spoke to your customer care, they said that the number [protected] is registered in the name of some Desraj who happens to be residing in Faridabad and my number [protected] is registered in my name that is Gulam Moinuddin R/o 119, Adchini, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi - 110017. As per my understand and simple logic this Gulam Moinuddin and Desraj cannot be same individuals and Faridabad and Delhi cannot be same as well. I simply dont understand if this is what you had to do then why there is a need of a verification team who comes to each individuals home to verify that the person who is taking your connection is providing a fake or genuine address. Now the second part when the individuals and addresses are different on what basis have you linked both account and on what basis I should be paying the outstanding of someone whom I don't even know. Are you not ashamed of your company asking money from anyone for anything. I would like to convey that even if you people address my concern and would like to speak to me then ensure that someone who has the authority should speak to me rather than executives calling me and addressing my concerns what I have written and telling me that you are still looking into the matter and we will revert back to you in 48 hours. It is not that I cannot take this to the highest levels in your company but when telling such kind of petty issues to the higher authoity of your concerns but me in embarassing situation thinking what a useless and worthless company someone is dealing with. I have been to your web world outlet and submitted my documents at your Kalkaji, New Delhi outlet. Your customer care services is so amazing that people sitting out there do not understand the customers problem. Only if they understand the problem then can provide a solution, Your team manager is always busy but never available for customers. I am still not sure where is this leading too. I would request you to look into this matter at the earliest and get it resolved. Also I would request you to provide me a compensation for suspending my services from 21st July 2015 due to error from your end and not mine. It is your internal problem which needs to be sorted out at your end and not mine. I am also addressing the mail to TRAI and will also ensure that this incident gets reported on social media so that people can understand the level of services and customer support you provide to an individual who is associated with one of the biggest but the worst ethical functioning company of India. Request and hope that you would understand what i am trying to convey and act accordingly.
