Reliance Communications — balance deducted and customer care not picking up

I m using reliance gsm number [protected]. I have recharged my number with rs 80 on 27 aug 17 and my account balance become rs 91.35. But on 29 aug 17, my balance become 0.35 without any reason. I m trying to contact customer care but having no response. I m frustrated now. What to do with this? There is no customer support. I want the deducted balance to be refunded soon. Thank you.
