[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance deduction | |||
Previous Complaint unresolved :This is to inform the higher authority that my wrong balance deduction of RS 110 has not been resolved yet. Date of deduction was 12/10/2015 and everytime when i talk to reliance customer care they tell me that their server is down and now they just stop responding to my calls i just hung up on my phone day to night thinking they might connect but it always says "thank you for calling reliance customer care" without having any further conversation. On 13/10/2015 i just called from my friends cell phone he said again the same thing "Server Down" . Its been 1+1/2 days but i don't have any idea what to do. Today i have called again now they were telling me that only 3 days issues could be checked.
