My name is raj my 30 rs balance had been deducted on my reliance no. [protected] on 12th december 2016 wihout any reason i talk to customer care many a time but they told that you have activated a service name yami ...but i didn't done it.it was not my fault.and they deducted my balance .when i said to refund my balance the refuse to do so.they told if i would have been called within 24hrs so they could help.but i am telling that the service which i had not been activated so for what should i have to pay.my phone was switch off from 12 dec 2016 to 14th dec 2016 so how could i called to them.i not even got any message after the activation of the service.so could i know that the service has been activated.when i checked my balance than i known abot the deduction of the balance.so please help me and refund my money and help me out of this.thanks...

Updated by sraj kr My reliance jio no.is [protected].i had taken it 1 month ago.my internet and incoming facility of calling is available but outgoing facility of calling is not available.i had talked to reliance jio many a times they told to update the phone but my phone is up to date.and further they refuge to help.my phone model is lyf flame with LTE network.even with the jio 4G voice app is not working ...but the outgoing facility of calling is not working.incoming facility of calling is available.so please help me out of this problem.and avail your outgoing calling facility to me..
