[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance deduction | |||||
My name is raj my 30 rs balance had been deducted on my reliance no. [protected] on 12th december 2016 wihout any reason i talk to customer care many a time but they told that you have activated a service name yami ...but i didn't done it.it was not my fault.and they deducted my balance .when i said to refund my balance the refuse to do so.they told if i would have been called within 24hrs so they could help.but i am telling that the service which i had not been activated so for what should i have to pay.my phone was switch off from 12 dec 2016 to 14th dec 2016 so how could i called to them.i not even got any message after the activation of the service.so could i know that the service has been activated.when i checked my balance than i known abot the deduction of the balance.so please help me and refund my money and help me out of this.thanks...
