Dear sir, I (Lalish) my mobile no. [protected] in this from your company side they have activated some askshtfrmtdmssubs45 in my number which i have not done from my side so revert my rs.30 balance in my account. And one more problem occurred last night
my main balance is deducted of an amount of rs 15
on 08.05.2017 at 12.52 am, , due to an un-requested subscription.
that is ADPAYStrmg MLYSUBS service., i didnt subscribed it...due to your network issues i have lost my money.
i want my money back to my main balance..
i tried to contact the customer care number several times, but it was not reachable..
this is shame on your network...
if you really concern about your customer, sort my issue as fast as possible..
