[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Balance deduction

I recharge of rs 60. But not vet the proper benifit as per description automatically the services are subscribed and you deducte my balance, the customer care call also not happening .when i call the computer said this facility is not available on your number. [protected]
On the other number [protected] the cal to customer care also not happening.
Kindly look into the matter and give me proper benifit of my recharge
