[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance getting deducted frequently | |||
Hi, My cell no is [protected]. balance got deducted from my account without any valid reason. One service has been activated by you and the balance has been deducted. Balance was returned on complaint but after few min again its deducted from account. This is really frustrating. My service request number[protected] dated 29.11.16 is still not processed. Please look in it immediately. Surprizing that I can call and connect from my Vodafone to other mobile numbers but not from my reliance number. Its happening from last 6 months. Your executives call and promise to resolve in 2 days but in vain. Immediate action expected.
