[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — balance worth rs 166 deducted without any reason and only 50% amount refunded

my contact number is [protected]. on 30th september, 2014, i realised that my balance has reduced drastically. even earlier i used to face this problem. i thought of checking my gprs data balance via ussd code. it showed expiry on 10th october, 2014 and i still had more than 500 mb data with me. i immidiately called customer care and it was customer care representative who admitted that 156rs has been mistankinly deducted from my account and will be refunded wihin 48 hours. my complaint number is usc47625172.even after the complait remaining 10 rs amount was reduced to 0.01 rs totally the loss to approximately 166rs. the money didnt get refunded within 48 hours as promised by the representative. i had to call customer care several times and later on 3rd october i was refunded only 82.81 rs. now i am being told that since 3 days have passed they dont have any data and the amount which is not refunded is correctly deducted for using gprs. i still have data with me and my package expires on 10th october. i am being told next time to complaint within 3 days. even this time i complained within 3 days infact on the same day i lost my balance. it was my bday on 30th. reducing my balance to rs 0 and also blocking my internet service was really very upsetting. i couldnt access internet and out of the total amount i was robbed off, not even 50% has been refunded. and than people are so cool about it and they are telling me that the amount has been correctly deducted for gprs. how on earth is that correct, i still have balance in my net package which expires on 10th. please call only if there is a solution and next time i am not intentionally/unintentionally robbed off due to teachnical error from your end. i request to upgrade your system as google search shows i am not the only person who have faced this problem. and rather than trying to blame the customer after 5 days, please resolve the issue within 3 days of problem because atleast i had complained on the very first day of problem. delay was from your firm's end in order to resolve the issue. so please stop asking me to complaint within 3 days as i already did that. start working and resolving problems within 3 days. and yes i am being asked via sms and mail if i am satisfied. if i refund you less than 505 amount will you ever be satisfied. it was my money. i didnt beg you that you think returning less than 50% can actually make a customer satisfied. really feel duped by a well known firm in India. its something really shameful. i just hope some action is taken and such technical error is completely eliminated from your system

If call is forwarded to senior representative, we are made to wait for more than 30 mins causing more stress and harassment. The senior representative not only unattended my call but also denied nodal officer‘s email id. its something really shameful. i just hope some action is taken and such technical error is completely eliminated from your system
