[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bill generation for no service usage | |||
1) I had availed reliance wimax broadband connection on around Nov 2008. 2) There was no proper network coverage from 2012 and had launched several complaint with reliance support but no satisfactory resolution. 3) I had stopped using this connection from Apr 2014 and written to reliance support for service disconnection and asked to stop generating bills. 4) I had written to reliance support for service cancellation on Apr-2014. They had acknowledged the request. 5) The reliance support team asked me to clear the outstanding due amt 1643.57/- and write back to support team for service cancellation and they will consider the request. 6) I cleared the outstanding amt 1643.57/- and had written to support team immediately for service cancellation but they never considered the service cancellation request. 7) Infact they generated the bill for month 19-may-2014 and 19-june-2014 for which a single usage was not done. 8) I kept writing to reliance to stop bill generation but no response and they finally suspended the account. 9) Now they are saying that my current outstanding amt is 2307.45. And I am getting threating mails from rele.reliable.[protected]@gmail.com that they will take legal proceedings against me if I don’t pay this amt.
