[Resolved] Reliance Communications — bill issues | |||||
Hi, this is bharti daswani. I have issues related bills. I have just port my sim from reliance into airtel. I have to pay my previous bill for reliance. It is showing 1300/-, i dont understand how is it possible. My monthly rental plan is 499 and after tax calculation i pay around 570/- but for my current bill it is showing 1300 in which there is advanced rental amount which i do not understand why should i pay because i am no longer with reliance anymore. I am not getting Bill on e-mail address. and getting problem with add. and costumer care service is not working properly.no getting reply from costumer service. i need quake reply from there side.

I have a complaint regarding my bill charges which are charged beyond my talktime postpaid plan.. as i had a plan of RS.199 but the amount charged is RS. 470.67. HOW come rental charges are charged more then rs. 199 ?
