Hi, I have been using this no since last 3 years. My earlier plan was one india one plan. One fine morning i got a call from your representative that being a valuable customer your plan will to 449 with 3000 minutes and 8 gb data. But it was not mentioned to me that this will be applicable for within the circle only. Now when i got my bills i have i was surprised to see that my bill had been doubled. I think i been cheated by your people. Would like flowing action to be taken immediately from your end. 1. Reversal of my bill. 2. Change of my plan to my earlier plan with immediate effect. As most of the time i am in roaming with this plan my bill might jump to triple folds. I In case the reversal is not possible i would like to discontinue from your services.
