I had sent you an email complaining of non adjustment of bill payments made in respect of my mobile number [protected] from july 2017 onwards. I am a longstanding customer of your organisation and bills are regularly paid by auto debit through citibank every month. Despite their making payments every month your bills indicate dues from jul 2017 onwards. There has so far not been any response from your end till date. I am a senior citizens and cannot run from pillar to post for rectification of my bill. Kindly take immediate steps to address my grievance and also email me the progress in this regard.
