[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Billing issue | |||||
I've changed my plan on 11 April 2017 from freedom 350 to 125 rupee plan. However, I've still received the bill of 558.85 which is incorrect and I'm not going to pay this amount as I was in the impression that my plan has been changed. I called customer care service and they informed me that this plas was not available for me due to which it was not changed. They've not informed me ab this and this is the reason I've not used the service as per previous plan. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Dear sir, your company has deducted the amount from the main balance on behalf of ihave never requested for any service. This is against the ethics of such a large company and it reflects a bad msg. Kindly look into the matter and return the amount toy main balance. My no. I [protected]
