[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Billing issues | |||||
First of all, rs.300 were charged under the security account while getting my number ported and i was told that rs.100/month will be adjusted in the bill of 4th, 5th and 6th month, which didn't happen and when i asked about this, i was told that this service has been changed. That was ridiculous. Further, in every bill, you charge me for international messages every time where as i never send any international message, i don't have even a single international contact in my phonebook. When i was using a vodafone connection, that time i have never been charged for such stupid international messages, just after switching to your poor network, i am charged for international messages. Then, every time the amount for the bill i pay is always more than the due amount to be paid, and now for the first time i paid less, i have been charged rs.100 for that. Such a disappointing service you provide, totally fake commitments and fraud services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
