[Resolved] Reliance Communications — billing problem | |||
To, Nodal officer, Reliance celular. Dear sir/mam I dayanidhi dash with mobile no. [protected]. Following is the concern which i want to bring to your notice. Bill generated in the month of june was paid through paytm of amount rs. 233, and i received the confirmation of payment deduction from my acount as it was paid through debit card. How ever due to network error in reliance, payment not received by you. For which in the month of july delay fine amount been added in bill. While i spoke to the customer care executive and conveyed the issue. He conform me to waive of the fine amount. After which i paid the rest amout bill generated. But bill i received in the month of aug, i found that double fine amount been reflected in bill. Request you to pls look into the matter and help resolve.
