I had a broadband connection of reliance and paying subscription on half yearly basis and paid upto 28-2-15 . From the first week of 9/14 the connection was interrupted and several complaints made through the customer care service and e mails failed. Therefore I requested to terminate my service from 1-3-15 onwards and to refund the subscription for the period upto 28-2-15 which I have already paid. But instead of terminating my service they have sent bill for Rs.881.59 from 1-3-15 onwards. I have informed that I am not using reliance broadband from 3/15 onwards and took connection from Asianet and I am now using without any problem.Still they insists for payment. My connection is a prepaid one and they are expected to terminate my service when my subscription period was over.In this case they admitted that there is connectivity issue and my request for terminate my service was filed. I could not understand why they have not terminated the service.
