Sir, my no [protected] Jatinder singh . my plan is under unlimted. smartphone plan rental discount. Reliance sent me unauthorized VAS in this bill dt 9-7-2016 to 8-8-2016 . VAS in this bill is 2736.00 & S tax add also 485.26 . my bill due date is[protected] & I am shocked saw this bill because I didn't use this VAS . my no [protected] had suspended also I want cancelled unauthorized. This is the standard reply rcom gives after raising complaint. In reality they don't anything about it. They insist on making full payment of bill even if it's wrong bill.
I'm facing similar issue, sent mail to reliance nodal officer and appellate authority 5 days back, absolutely no response from them.
