Reliance Communications — Change of tariff plan after conversion from cdma to gsm, not registration of complaint by customer care. | |||||
Dear sir/madam, My reliance no is [protected]. I got this no. Port fom airtel gsm to reliance cdma in dec last year. At that time in you offered 30p/min call rate for 01 year on recharge of 184 (Approx amount). From jul 2016 you discontinued your cdma services and offered to continued all old tariff plans for next 6 months on continuation of service on gsm. But after conversion of my no. From cdma to gsm now my tariff plan is 1.2 rs/min for std and 1 rs /min for local. I called to customer care 05 times and every time after listening for 15 min they said they are transferring my call to superior but instead they disconnected it. On sixth time i requested to register a complain directly your representative refuse that she cannot register complain. Event after 20 min she did not register complain for my problem and for disconnecting calls. I asked her to connect to her superior and this time she connected successfully. Her superior also said that my tariff plan cannot be changed. Again i asked her to register complain for my problem and call disconnecting she refuse to do so. After 15 min she agreed to talk to manager and she said my problem will be solved. On my insistence to register complain she said she will and i will receive sms of complain. But on asking for complain no of phone she refuse again and on much bargain she only register an request of tariff change. After that she pretend that my voice is not clear and i should call back. I am a customer and it is my right to get an complain register. To lower you no. Of complain you should provide better service. Using cheap trick does not work for long term. If i cannot get an complain registers even after wasting my 2 hours it is complete negligence and denial of my rights.
