[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Complaint for new 4G SIM. | |||
Sir / madam I, sri ashit baran bhakta of p-213/4, u. B. Road, parnasree kolkata-60. Your reliance customer executive anusua ([protected]) call my mobile no. [protected] and told this plan per month use 6gb data x 7 month after next month rs. 160/- per month payable. She request again again give to me a 4g sim. But i am told him my mobile set is nokia asha 501 set 3g supported. But your representative anusua told me this 4g sim supported 3g set. So i am got the sim ([protected]). And paid rs. 850/- last sunday on 18th july, 2017. Sir, this 4g sim is not working to my handset. I am complained again and again but they do not any response. Sir, i am middle class family.
