Complaint no:[protected] dt 08/05 CAN No :[protected] Billing Account No:[protected] This is being a regular exercise that our Land lines on the above referred accounts will not be working frequently and the complaints are addressed after a day or on the conveniences of your service people. Please note that we are depended on the land lines for our daily official works. Breakdowns occurs to a minimum of 2-3 days in a week since 2-3 years. The authenticity of my statement can be checked on your systems. This is not acceptable for us. We had already discontinued using broad band for the same service issues. Request you to revert back if you are not able to solve this permanently so that we can go with other options. Also if this issue persists we will be discontinuing the relation with reliance.
