[Resolved] Reliance Communications — complaint regarding stop the services (we have already paid the amount) | |||
This is to inform you that the reliance service on my mobile no. [protected] has been stopped from 06.08.2017. The customer care executive has given the reason that i have not paid june 2017 bill of rs. 407.00; whereas i have paid the same on 22.07.2017 [copy of payment acknowledgement given below]. Secondly the july 2017 bill of rs. 378.00 has also been paid by me of rs. 400.00 on 31st july 2017. The same is acknowledge by the customer care executive. Kindly update your records before stopping the services. This is not acceptable and same is attributable to you only. My complain no:[protected] I urge to kindly check the same urgently and continue my mobile service at the earliest. i deposited rs.2000, for ISD activation for my no.[protected] in reliance communication, its been 5 months i have ported to airtel, as per rules they have refund my deposit amounts in 45 day, when i enquired about the refund of my deposit, they are saying the have send a check but i did not receive any check
please help me in this issue.
