Hello, I am an existing reliance broadband user. Details of my connection are as follows: 1. Caf no:[protected] 2. Subscriber id/s :\n 1) pots-[protected]\n 2) dia[protected] 3. Name (Customer name):mr vaishali narwade 4. Address (Customer address) j b flat no 07 mitra coop housing society ajmera pimpri [protected] 5. Alternate contact no:[protected] 6. E-mailid:[protected]@gmail.com 7. Services opted:landline and broadband 8. Rateplan: wcci799a and wcci799a From last 10 days internet service fot my broadband connection is not working. 1) i tried communicating with the dealer who provided the connection but he is not receiving my calls. Dealer name - sanjeev yadav (Pimpri area, pune, contact number - [protected]) 2) i tried customer care numbers[protected] and[protected]. After a time taking diversions when finally the call is getting connected to representative, the call gets disconnected saying that our representatives are busy. 3) i contacted reliance communication stores at ajmera colony, pimpri, pune. The store representative denies to serve saying that the store is only there for bill payments. In all the above ways when i tried to contact reliance communication, all i got is just disappointment in place of service. I have already paid for the service and i am not getting one. Will there be any compensation from your end for my loss?? Till date (7th oct 2017) my query is not resolved.
