[Resolved] Reliance Communications Customer Care Service — Requested to have a review of my recently complaint which is still not solved | |||||
This was the complaint which i posted recently:- "On 5 December i did a self recharge of rs. 197 from my paytm account which provided 2g unlimited internet. On the next day i.e. on 6 december again i did a small 3g recharge of rs.9 which was valid for one day but as the small 3g net pack expired my 2g unlimited internet also gone. Today i called to the costumer care but i am very unsatisfied with her answer. She told that you should not do the recharge of that 3g pack and your 2g net balance gone along with the 3g net balance but actually it was valid for a month. She also refused to provide the net balance again or to refund the money. She also does not answered my questions but actually blaming me for that." And today i received a call from reliance costumer care saying that "we are sorry for that. We cannot return your net balance or refund your money." But I wanted to say that it is not written anywhere in the terms and conditions that formal net balance would also expire with the latter net balance.Or neither it warned me that your present net balance will also expire with the net balance you are going to do recharge with. Dear sir i am using reliance services since a long time and always used to suggest everyone to use it but i a very disappointed with this incident.And i also wanted to draw your attention towards a big security hole revealed from this incident i.e. if a person did a recharge of a large amount then any one can destroy it just by recharging the person's number with a small amount resting for a very short while. So i request you to look into this matter once again and fix this security hole as early as possible just because i am a true costumer of reliance.Otherwise i would continue to complaint about it again and again until i received my net balance or refund my money. And if i did not received my net balance or refund then i would surely be very disappointed and would never use any kind of services provided by reliance neither i would suggest anyone to use it and discard my sim.
