[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Customer service is pathetic | |||
I opted for porting my number from Idea to Reliance communications. I was promised that the SIM card will be sent to me via courier. After idea services were terminated, I kept waiting for arrival of reliance SIM which didn't come despite following up with Reliance sales rep for 4-5 days. Finally I had to lodge an FIR of SIM loss and then submit it at reliance store for reissue of the SIM. The customer care services are PATHETIC, HOPELESS, USELESS. Guys DON'T opt for porting your number on promises of any sales rep over the call. I did the mistake and paid the price by loosing patience, peace, visit to police station.
