U guys promised to provide same data plan after 4g upgradation but u cheated on me by giving new plans without my permission 1. Didn't rcom promise with repeated emails that there would not be any change in data plan rentals and benefits? (I have proof of emails) before we opted for 4g. 2. Why did rcom inform me well before or at least on day 1st of 4g activation, above my data plan? I only came to know it on 1st august 2016, bill date. If i knew my data plan was 5gb why would i use excessive data? I had cable internet connection. 3. If the data limit for my plan was 5gb then why did not rcom informed me that i used 5gb of data and why they did not stop internet on my 4g dongle. Excessive data is given only on demand. Now who is supposed to go to court? Ridiculous thing is that rcom wants people like me to consumer court. Isn't this big joke? It is the consumers who are supposed to go to court against rcom. Apart from that rcom's agents giving me threatening calls, but no one was ready to give my answers. At least hopefully in the consumer court i will hear some answers from them as i can go with all the proof. Isn't this a daylight robbing of people? Rcom's act of fraud was an eye opener for me, as i was planning to go for an insurance policy that i thought would secure my life and i decided not to go for it. Was this information helpful? | |
