[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deactivate outgoing and incoming services | |||
I recently MNP my Docomo number in Reliance bearing mobile number [protected]. I submitted all the documents on 24th march and my services started on 3rd April. On 20th April I got a message that my outgoing services is deactivated. I tried to call customer care but customer care is always busy. Then I make a call to Shimla outlet from where I MNP my number they provide me customer care officer number then i come to know that they blocked my services because they don't get my KYC documents. There is no satisfactory reply from there side. I already submitted my KYC documents, I have no outstanding bill due to any company. Beside all this I am facing situation of no incoming & outgoing services. Kindly resume my services as soon as possible. Due to this deactivation maybe I will lose any important call or message because I am using this number from last 5 years. Was this information helpful? | |||
