Reliance Communications — Deducted over 200 from balance for no apparent reasons.

Address:Jodhpur, Rajasthan

For first one and a half months everything was fine. Then suddenly they started deducting balance for some VAS(not subscribed by me). Then one unfortunate day, I sent a SMS <ACT WA> to 53739 after verifying n number of times on their website. It claimed to provide me free whatsapp and facebook at no extra charge for just ₹16 and still claims. Having received the confirmation message and having checked that ₹16 had been deducted from the balance (it was about 91.61), I turned mobile data on and used facebook and whatsapp. Next day morning I used them again. And then noticed that I'm no more able to use them. Then I checked the balanc and to my utter surprise the balance had come down from ₹91.61 to ₹0.11 . Then I talked to four of their customer care representatives. My phone's data counter counted data usage of about 8.5MB. Which indicates I've been charged ₹10 per MB even when I had subscribed to their whatsapp and fb pack for ₹16. Some representatives said it was only whatsapp plan. Some said there was no such plan. One agreed to refund in 48 hours. Then I recharged with ₹150. Nothing has been refunded yet. And I failed to reach to their representatives after trying the customer care number many times. The day I recharged with ₹150, I also recharged with ₹27 for 130 MB data for five days. The ACT WA and thid data pack were supposed to be renew by themselves. And it happened too. My balance was deducted. And after deducting the renewal amount (₹27 + ₹16 for both of them(they carried on deducting balance like the other day. They deducted about ₹75 Now I am about to go mad. Please help.
