[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deduction in balance | |||
I have a reliance gsm no. [protected] haryana circle.I recharged the no with Rs 53(special rate cutter) on 02/03/2015 by paytm. i checked my best offer before recharged on *121# it showed that in Rs 53 all std and local call rate rs.25. I recharged the plan but benefits of this plan does not credit in my account. when i contact the customer care this service is deactivated last six months . Due to this recharge my balance deducted Rs 20. I request to you please look into this matter and do needful.My recharged benefit credit in my a/c as soon as possible cont. no.
