[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deduction of 348 Rs | |||
Hello Sir, This is regarding the Data (GPRS) data pack recharge that I have done on 3rd Oct on my prepaid Reliance Mobile Number through Online. Despite of the failed recharge, the amount got debited from my ICICI Bank. I called Customer care for this issue on 3rd of Oct itself then they told me it will be refunded in 24 hrs.. I waited then again called (Thrice) then informed by them ( Hemaxi/ Jagruti) that it cannot be refunded then I argued with them. After that they told me that it will get refunded in 7 days. Then I again waited and called on 8th day. Customer care executive (Salmaan) attended my call and told me to wait till 12PM .. I told him to atleast register my complaint .. but he said to wait till 12 PM (today i.e 10th Oct)... After that I again them again but neither they are registering my complaint nor refunding the amount. I am really fed up as they are just transferring my call here and there and no one answering after that. I do have the receipt (the one I got after recharge) but not able to upload here so just mentioning the details below: Receipt no: AMIR61670424 Payment date and time: 3/10/2014 03:54 PM Authorization code: ASMP[protected] Transaction ref No: 74070483 If there is anything else required from my end then do let me know. Refunded the amount today... But I still don't like the customer care experience .. they are not at all care about customer.. They should have informed me that you have to wait 7 Working days. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
