[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Denial of service bare on my lost reliance sim

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana, 122002

I was traveling to Mumbai and lost the phone in a crowd when entering to peninsula grand hotel at 10pm for stay .
Post that I called reliance customer care to bare the calls on mobile number [protected] but it was refused to bar and was told that go to reliance center and do it and when asked to transfer to senior the call was disconnected.
Later, When I repeat the call and select lost sim option, call was automatically disconnected.
So unreliable disgusting service of a global company.

Updated by r.prasantkumar Pls get the service bared immediately. My name is Prasant Ray but currently I have no number to get contacted. I can be reachable tomorrow with alternate number but Pls help me to block the sim before it get unauthorisedly misused.

Hi last month i have changed from uninor to reliance network calls are not going it is coming all lines are busy . I have raised compliant for two times yet now there is no solution please slove it as soon as possible and let me know.
