Reliance Communications — didn't get upc code to port

Hello reliance,

I have one rcom postpaid sim [protected].

As you are going to shut down your shop on 31st nov 2017.
So i planned to port my sim to different network.

So, i have sent t message "port [protected]" to 1900.
But didnt get amy message, again i have sent this message.
Still i am waiting for upc no.

My all the otp will come on same number. So it's impossible to take new number for me.

Could you please do the needful.
