[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Facetime/imessage activation problem | |||||
I have been trying to activate Facetime/iMessage on my iPhone6 but the same doesnt happen. Your customer care rep. made me try several times and i got charged Rs. 5 everytime i tried. Tried calling your customer care several time after that but most of the people are clueless about the problem. Also, Please dont tell me its not a problem at Reliance end because i myself tried it with other Operators & its totally working fine. The Problem lies in Reliance. Also, i would not like to reveal my personal details here so you can pass on your number here to me. i will give you a call if you want to help me resolve the issue & stay back in Reliance Comm. I think there is a problem with reliance and iphone 6. I was using my iphone 6 with airtel never had any problem. After I ported for the first month I got 60+150 ( 210) as international sms. They said they will generate new bill but I am still to hear about that.
