[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Fake offers

Reliance cdma users are switched to reliance 4g network. During starting they were saying that they will give 10gb 4g net on upgrading to reliance 4g. But they haven't given any 4g data. Also there network is very bad.in a day out of 24 hours, 10 hours there network remains not available. Worst network and they offers fake deals to their customers. I have 3 cdma accounts or reliance 4g but all are facing same problem. No one is getting any 4g data after upgrading. After upgrading reliance store aslo saying that they do not know about this. And while trying to customer care then out of 100 attempts in a day there is only 1% chance that you will be able to talk to customer care and also after that they will say that they don't have any information regarding this please call latter. Now they are saying that they will give 1gb 4g net on recharge of rs 265. I am asking reliance authorities that who will buy this 1gb net after give that much rupees? If any one want 4g then he/she will switch to airtel 4g which gives much better continuity with same price. I will also switch all my accounts to other network if this same problem remains continues and i will also suggest all my friends and relatives to switch to other networks.
