Reliance Communications — False And Lying Plans | |||
I have purchased two sim of reliance number [protected] / [protected] on[protected] with plan of 10GB data(2.5GB core balance+7.5GB promo data balance) . at the time of activation i got the message of 2.5+7.5=10GB data but when i was checking the balance it shows 0.00MB data.i haven't recieved any core balance of 2.5GB data. please provide me the full data balance of the plan in which i purchased sim . please find the attachment and do the needful. another issue with my old reliance number that is [protected]. i port this number into reliance from aircel. at the time plan given to me is 10GB 3G data in 359 for one year but afer two or three months this plan has been removed and i didn't received 10GB data in 359. this is very false behavior from company they deceived us .
