My MNP number is [protected].In month of january, i visited your Thane Nuapada Reliance digital store to get Smart life Scheme i.e 10 Gb and 1500 mins talk time 3g sim. At the time of sim transaction your people said that scheme will be activated within 7 days. But after 15 days i got message that you have consumed 90% 4G data. Then i got confused and walked to the same store. They admitted their fault and said it is a technical fault again Smart life scheme 3G -10GB wouldnot possible. I said it is your fault . Why should i bear the consequence. Thay again said no possible. Please give me solution, how to get Smart life Scheme (10GB + 1500 mins talk time) with having same number [protected].
