Hello Sir, My name is Mandeep Singh and I wanted to port my numbers to Reliance telecoms from Vodafone. I gave my home address to the executive just for verification however there was small mistake in the address. Instead of S83/2 I gave 82/2. The verification was done while I was speaking to the concern person however that person was very irate and the 2nd person who was on phone and was talking to me was more aggressive then him. I told him please make it fast because i am in office and can not talk on phone for long time but I got reply " HUM BHI OFFICE MEIN HAI, KAHI SARAK PE NAHI GIRE HUYE" and disconnected the phone. What was that. I am not ever the part of Reliance service and I am getting response like that, what will happen when i will start using Reliance service. Such a bad customer service. Very bad. The number from where I received the call was [protected]. Please if you can make your service more batter then please do, because you need it.
