Dear team,

Its very shocking to found balance money zero on 19th july 2017. I have recharged twice of rs 200 on 18th july 2017 but i have not used any other services to be debited from my balance money.

Reliance prepaid services has also deducted from my balance money earlier. After repeated requesting to reliance customer care simply found call baring. Now i am facing transaction problem unwantedly only due to bad services from reliance prepaid services. I am not able to bear finance loss as receiving otp is became issue due to stoping of services to my prepaid reliance number [protected].

For your kind action and necessary step please accept my complain.

Updated by akhilanath With reference to my complain a fraud call made from Mobile No [protected] to me and asked for share the details of debit card to get back my balance money.Dear friends Never share your any such information of debit/credit cards as it seems to be hacking your own account.
